Yes, "No sweat" would be another good one. It's not one that I use here in the UK much, but I sometimes hear people saying it. I also hear people say "Don't sweat it."

I would say that the apologies that you ask for in the video, correspond to options a or b, although if I have to choose one, I'll take option a, greetings.
Yes, if I was late for a meeting I'd offer a very casual "sorry I'm late", or I'd use "My apologies, the traffic was a nightmare!"
