is the curl on that command tower from packaging ? or is it just the foil ? doesnt look like the packaging is too tight as there is a gap at the edge ?

yeah its good to see the gap on the edge but the card is curled due to the foiling/humidity. and the crease you can see from the back is from being squeezed in the packaging. hoping they replace it for me!
