Asphalt Unite isn't a terrible upgrade but this update impacted mobile players negatively. At least it looks great on PC and Consoles and now we have cross progression and cross play.
yeah but some normal pcs struggle now
i used to get 60 FPS on fully maxed out graphics and now i barely even get 40 on lowest possible settings and the game looks like complete crap now

I am okay with the grind to unlock new cars but not okay with the fuel mechanism,and if you forget to tap refuel then it wouldn't refuel by itself
dissapointment of the century, i was expecting somthing really REALLY insane, and instead all they give us for the new game is just Asphalt 9 with a slightly different name and slightly different UI
I was forced to play asphalt 9 unite on my PC, even though previously on asphalt 9, my cellphone could play quite smoothly, but now there are too many frame drops
In my opinion, the original asphalt 9 is better, because in terms of graphics, lighting, reflections, car details and also the physics are very smooth because of the motion blur

I had my progression saved in playgames and facebook,but when i entered unite,it didnot appear and it started to save the fresh new account instead,i contacted thru support chat (wroten my name,my email and my player id for bonus),it was in the first hours of it getting out on android,i exited the game,after some while,i re entered and it showed me my real account as an option this time,dont know if it has to do with the support,but it came back (without the update gifs tho)
Eso no es nada hermano, yo tengo un progreso de nivel 80 y garaje nivel 16, pero justo ahora tengo miedo de que me muestre ese error, porque a muchos les ha pasado lo mismo, y ahora solo estoy deseando poder abrir el juego y poder recuperar los autos que conseguí por los largos 3 años que jugué en Android (actualmente tengo un dispositivo IOS, y también me genera temor el no poder unir ambos progresos, pues en IOS desbloquee un auto que me gustó bastante)

Its just renamed Asphalt 9, nothing new relevant content big content, no new intro, no new complety different UI style, no new physics, no new tracks replacing the old ones, no new cars like sedan, bikes, muscles, no new progression system. Its just like Counter Strike 2 being a Counter Strike Global Offensive upgrade.

Cross play for me means I can just log in on my phone to claim my daily rewards instead of booting up my PC. I think that's worth something. Plus a lot of people are getting to play with their friends for the first time via cross play. Then there's the new menus which are supposed to be easier to navigate on all platforms. I think it's a pretty solid qol update personally.
