rolling shutters effectively . u can do that on ur phone too. u can download an app that allows to change ur camera and then increase the shutter speed.

The strings go in order from e,a,d,g,b,e from top to bottom you can remember it with basic acronyms like Every, Amateur, does, get, better, eventually.

Did you use a special camera or shutter speed to capture the strings moving that way?
When you record the strings must reflect sunlight so that they vibrate. They are like light wavelengths
A high shutter speed and bright background as Orville said help. Older cameras do this effect better too
