Have you ever looked into companies like American Home Shield? We have it and pay, around $75 a month, for the plan we have, that includes our electronics. When something breaks we pay $100 service call and they come out and fix the issue. If they can't fix it, they will give you money towards a new one. Since we have had them, they have fixed my washer, dryer, dishwasher and they also replaced our fridge.

I find this all very thrilling to watch and for sure… no one gets everything they want. If the person who made the comment was hurting because of suffering with in their lives… hold on to hope, the Lord has a beautiful plan for that precious person too. Sometimes life is filled with lemons and you can’t make any dang lemonade if you don’t have water. But with Christ… there’s always a way.

Honestly, after thinking about it for a while & considering how voice inflection & such can be hard to convey, via text etc, I cannot conceive of it coming from anywhere else~ which is truly sad...& vile & mean & fruitless. Just goes to show, the brighter a light shines, the bigger a target for negativity~ and/or straight up evil to work through it's own willing vessels. Whatever the case, it's no bueno, period. Oh my, I started crying when you said the amount of water coming from your well. When my children were young we lived off grid with no well and had to haul water from friends. I don’t think it’s true that you “always get what you want”. But it is true that you serve and depend upon the one true living God!! Crushed oyster shell works as a calcium substitute for the chickens. Most feed stores carry bags of it. It is cheap in our area. For the snakes, spray the area with watered down vinegar. Vinegar burns the snakes nostrils. They will leave the area.

Sarah I’m so happy for your blessing of a good well! Our home has a very deep but very poor well. We’ve drilled 5 times but we just weren’t meant to have abundant water. One person gets a shower in the morning then I can either do dishes or wash a load of laundry. Then in the evening 1 person gets a shower and I can either do dishes or wash a load of laundry lol. We have 5 people plus animals that need watered. Wr have a little creek that we can use to run sprinklers or we wouldn’t be able to water outside. God have us that little creek and it’s such a blessing.

Dowsing rods: I know, seems antiquated, but it may work. My Dad tried it way back in the 70s to find water (he was a religious man). And, my friend was in a group that locates & provides stones for unmarked graves in old asylum cemeteries. It worked she said. Nothing "dark" about it. 😊

Weve been homesteading for 34 yrs, it can get expensive! I believe in prayer! I think i told you we had a state of the art septic system put in, it was close to $20,000 Our chickens found a grove of trees to lay their eggs, we are getting tons of eggs, they think they have 2 barns 😅😅😅. Our ducks and turkeys are laying well.
I am so overjoyed that you got water. Tears came and I immediately thanked God. Living for God gives you favor. It doesn’t mean everything will go as you expected it to go. He uses all circumstances to make our faith grow. Sometimes we even go through a hard time so our rough edges are filed down. God knows us inside and out. There is power in prayer. We have a water storage tank in our basement laundry room. It definitely takes up lots of room but is great to know we will always have water!

Our home has a very deep but very poor well. We’ve drilled 5 times but we just weren’t meant to have abundant water. One person gets a shower in the morning then I can either do dishes or wash a load of laundry. Then in the evening 1 person gets a shower and I can either do dishes or wash a load of laundry lol. We have 5 people plus animals that need watered. Wr have a little creek that we can use to run sprinklers or we wouldn’t be able to water outside. God have us that little creek and it’s such a blessing.

Dowsing rods: I know, seems antiquated, but it may work. My Dad tried it way back in the 70s to find water (he was a religious man). And, my friend was in a group that locates & provides stones for unmarked graves in old asylum cemeteries. It worked she said. Nothing "dark" about it. 😊

As for the person who said you get everything you want, well I feel sorry for someone like that. Must have a life they are unhappy with. so sad. No one gets everything they want, made me tear up a little when you mentioned the baby. You're still probably carrying that with you a bit so prayers for you and a hug. Hasn't been that long. What about collecting rain water , when it rains it’s free water.
Also a gray water system may help with water usage.
We have our water trucked in. It's about $150.00 for 1,500 gallons.
@Kimmie_F With rain water you need to factor in Chem trail and other higher air pollution.Great for gardens where it can be checked and controlled. Gray water is recycling can be used for flushing and watering.
Rain water yes especially for flushing toilets and gardens. Many people live with just rain water.

Weve been homesteading for 34 yrs, it can get expensive! I believe in prayer! I think i told you we had a state of the art septic system put in, it was close to $20,000
Our chickens found a grove of trees to lay their eggs, we are getting tons of eggs, they think they have 2 barns 😅😅😅. Our ducks and turkeys are laying well.
I am so overjoyed that you got water. Tears came and I immediately thanked God. Living for God gives you favor. It doesn’t mean everything will go as you expected it to go. He uses all circumstances to make our faith grow. Sometimes we even go through a hard time so our rough edges are filed down. God knows us inside and out. There is power in prayer. They asked friends to pray and God answered. Hallelujah praise!
