I love how Sabaton tell history. Not only the heroic, but also the darker facts. It's something with the darker Sabaton songs that brings emotions I can't explain. This song, The Final Solution and The Price of a Mile are good examples. We shall not forget the history!

Wehrmarcht is also one with a dark lesson.
It reminds us all how easy it is for good to be drowned out. All it takes is enough people being fooled.

So good these older songs. Everyone reacts on the new stuff. Dont think anyone have done a reaction from their first album yet 😐

The keyboard makes it sounds more eerie. One of my favorite lesser known songs from Sabaton I'm a sucker from songs that long build up intros.

I never thought of those moments in the lyrics when there's nothing. But I listed to this again after I heard you say that. And those teeny gaps make you freaking think. Even if for a few seconds. Damn good reaction

That beat, deep slow, and powerful, like the last march of the ents.
That baseline, just like Heaven and Hell from Black Sabbath.
The melody of the guitar seemed a bit light for such a grim subject.
The lyrics, well they told it how it was.
    The song, 10/10.
You're right about a video being the right thing. An animated one would be better, for expressing the heaviness of the subject. And to tell how their leader only used them to reach his own personal goal, with total deception, and the force of an iron fist. TTFN.
