My house also was constructed almost at the same time i 2022 Ramadan . We have all the issues that you have addressed in this video and we have more additional issues . For example my compount gate completely became rusty and pain peeled off. Slowly we have started the repair work one by one. It ll take 2 years to fix. Usually our pockets will be empty once we build a house. And in 2 years if we have to invest in fixing the issues what can we say. Im in the same situation.

Dont speak so hurting about someones dream home. that too in such rude tone. Even i built my home on my own. My own design. People stop and click pics in front of it. Though its a minimalist design inspired by japanese modern homes. I did lot of research, almost 2 years, at the cost of my work, etc. Then 5 years to build. None of these problems came bec we used rubberised paint waterproof coating on the terrace. Slopes were planned properly. Still there are smaaaallll faults. In the compound in one spot water will stand. We cant study and get the experience of an "experienced architect/engineer", he has dedicated years to study for that, then years of experience making these kind of mistakes, thats why we pay him. So when we make and theres 10 small mistakes that itself is an achievement. In this case, poor thing, this guy didnt spend too much time i guess, maybe he didnt have the facility to spend that much time, so its gone wrong. With good strong thinking it can all be rectified, but not without spending, houses are money pits. I wish i can speak to him, from the video itself i got ideas how he can solve some problems. May god help him and rectify problems. Very sad, you wont feel like sleeping peacefully when theres rain etc. Dont say Nayu kuda thanga mudiyala. He built a proper shelter for the dog, but he didnt THINK and build it, thats all. Just mistakes, not that he deserves this or did it on purpose. Dont demean them.
