How to put utilitie mode, my is playing music on the left but I heard the music on the right channel. Help me plz. Thank you

first, close your software. second, remove the usb from your controller (not the computer). Then, hold shift and the play/pause button, and plug the usb back into the controller. and presto!..demo mode should now be activated. Hope this helps anyone.
