EXPLANATION!!
Kenma has been suffering from derealisation and depression, so the system, aka whoever has been sending them the livestreams, has decided to turn saving his life into a game for the groupchat. They convinced Kenma he isn’t real and that he’s supposed to live inside the internet, aka the Wired. If the group fail to save Kenma by the next day, he dies from *self deletion*. If they get more than 3 things wrong, they lose and he dies. if they solve the mystery, he lives and the system stops tormenting him. The reason so many things do not make sense is because the series itself was made that way, and because it doesn’t make sense to Kenma either.
