    They would ask tumor from [remnants] of rathkes pouch - craniopharyngioma which is seen in children (students dont confuse between both )

      @@RandyNeilMD In the last version of usmle step 2 CK they mentioned that they added more questions on quality and safety for patients ....this topic is wide and I dont know how to study it and what to concern on ...I wish that its clarified now ....if you can make a video about it that will be very appreciated!!

    I am thankfull to you . i was stuck with my step 1 but now with the help of your videos i am able to score 235 and more on nbme. A lecture on Regulation of gene expression and Hardy-weinberg equation would be very very helpfull in few days as exam in 2 weeks.

    I thought if it crosses the midline, then it is GBM. I thought the first tumor was Meningioma .

    Dr. Randy in the first question isn't it meningioma? The tumor itself isn't crossing the midline. Rather it's pushing the parenchyma. And it looks like it is arising from the meninges.
