I am thankfull to you . i was stuck with my step 1 but now with the help of your videos i am able to score 235 and more on nbme. A lecture on Regulation of gene expression and Hardy-weinberg equation would be very very helpfull in few days as exam in 2 weeks.
I think I touch on Hardy-Weinberg in. biostats video... I think the review one and the very fist biostats video. I might touch on the gene expression when I get to Biochem...

I thought if it crosses the midline, then it is GBM. I thought the first tumor was Meningioma .
Dr. Randy in the first question isn't it meningioma? The tumor itself isn't crossing the midline. Rather it's pushing the parenchyma. And it looks like it is arising from the meninges.
I like your thinking, though I stole the picture after googling Gliobastoma... maybe not the best example, but that's where I go the pic.
