I actually made this headcannon where Yuuji is super depressed and anxious (etc..) because of Sukuna. Only Gojo, Nanami and Megumi about it, and once a month they have a 'therapy day' to comfort Yuuji. He's attempted suicide multiple times because Sukuna was urging him to do it because he was 'weak' and 'no one likes him'.
