Ots,qxr and fennec are miles ahead of SX9. Why is it in the top 5 is beyond my comprehension.
Tbh all are pretty good as far as SMG. Depends on what one you like more. There’s also the QQ9 and Cx9 which are good. I like using Cx9 personally, nice hip fire. Smg are kind of bad right now in the meta as a whole tho.

Tried achieving gold camo for both. I find HVK easier than DR-H. I think the answer will depend on your play style as well.
