Tacos del Julio are not that good, 100% taquitos are legit and la bala are definitely good. You guys need to try "La Calle" at downtown HOU.
The best breakfast tacos I’ve had is La Fondita Michoacan in the heights .. soooo 😌

In Rosenberg the best breakfast tacos and huevos rancheros is at Chismosas, inside a gas station/convenience store! Ask for the green sauce, it’s pure jalapeño and the best ever!
For the best carne guisada or picadillo in the world go to Ideal Bakery! Anything else they have is superb also. They also have machacado. Try their green sauce too, it’s bomb!!!
Bobs tacos is pretty damn good also, they been featured by Guy Fierri on Diners, Drive-Inns and Dives! Everything is good there!
These places can stand up to the best of them, but they are not open at night. They do breakfast and lunch only.

Bruh, went to Taco la Bala based on this review and they were not that good. More like, meh. Tripe is not Tripa. Tripe is what we know as the menudo. With all due respect give the English speakers the real name of the food you’re reviewing so they don’t look dumb ordering it. Houston commercial strips lack good taco eats. You can catch some good taco trucks in Pasadena and in the Houston flea markets on the weekends. Taqueria El Regio on Federal Rd. and a few other Taco trucks in Pasadena serve very authentic Mexican style tacos. El Perron Hot dogs in Channelview also serves very good tacos besides hotdogs and burgers. Also, there’s a Taco truck by my companies headquarters in West Houston (Katy area) called Tacos El Grande on Franz Rd. that’s the best I’ve had. Their whole menu will not disappoint. I travel to California a lot (truck driver) and these cats here serve it up just like the food trucks and taquerias from Southern CA and especially like those in East LA. Give these vendors a try and a review. You won’t be disappointed. Good day, sir!
