Apostles warning
Man...this beat and Shook Ones beat was so dark when they dropped. Mobb Deep literally single-handedly changed the vibe of Hip Hop when they came out. These 2 beats were the hardest and darkest ever heard at that time.
Yup and then when Hell on Earth came out..that damn Get Dealt Wit took over as the darkest beat I have ever heard
Yup that was that late night shit
all imma say is start if your ending is a darker beat than both of these
@@neveragainlilhomieI disagree
Havoc's beats... got me feelin like Jason gonna pop out and chop my head off
“…If worse comes to worse, my people comes first!” - #Havoc/#MobbDeep
and then years later, Dilated Peoples had to spit that too.
"Right Back at You" (performed by Mobb Deep, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon and Big Noyd...YES YES YES
Burp!!!
You never heard this song before?? This is their signature song! At least for those of us who came up with mobb depp. RIP PRODIGY! Respect to QB!
Shook one's IS their signature song, cmon man!
"Cradle to the Grave" - Mobb Deep. another banger from this album. Epic story telling and top tier production from Havoc.
Super grimy, but really dope.
No one ever came harder outta NYC than Mobb! And IMO this track is the hardest of them all!
I'd say Kool G Rap but each to their own...
@@mastacrx NYC used to be so gritty. G Rap hard as hell too.
this is a fact
wutang...
Uhhh Onyx? Lol..Same place in NYC. ☺. But that era was great! No disputes.
Prodigy made violence sound beautiful.
Up north trip is still one of my favorite mobb records of all time. That, drop a gem on em, and hell on earth. All 🔥🔥
Fun fact Q Tip from a tribe called quest programmed all the Drums on the infamous and mixed the Album
QTip give him his roses
He gets his props!
Since we on a Queen's artist MV. The following are notable Queens rappers.
Nas, Mobb Deep, Run-DMC, LL Cool J, Kool G Rap, MC Shan, Roxanne Shante, 50 Cent, Cormega, Main Source (Large Pro) Organized Konfusion (Pharoahe Monch), A Tribe Called Quest, Royal Flush, Mic Geronimo, Tragedy Khadafi, CNN (Capone n Noriega), Onyx and etc...

You got to play a body in the trunk by Nas and noreaga
this is a huge rabbit hole like the wutang clan, so many things u gotta listen to.listen to "Still Shinin" Mobb Deep... Too fire man keep listening to Mobb
Have you heard Mobb Deep’s QUIET STORM fet Lil Kim? That song is fire. 🔥
Yo Ahmad, just had to let you know, amongst all these young folk doing reaction videos to our classics... I gotta say your reactions are the most appreciative and genuine! I love your feedback and it actually makes me feel good to see you learning classic hip hop the right way, and learning the names of these rappers! Sometimes even brings a tear to my eye... I don't know why, I be trippin'! 😆 Keep up the excellent job you doing bruh! We appreciate you!
Fun fact: 2pac got at mobb deep for this song. “thug life we still livin it”
Trife Life - Mobb deep, crazy storytelling track man. Keep it up man 🔥

Give Up The Goods Feat Big Noyd Produce by Q-Tip
Yes
Fasho!!
I’m with that sir.
The Infamous my favorite hip hop album it had many gems on it, check out "Temperatures Rising", "Up North Trip" and "Trife Life".
It's Mine feat Nas
Drink Away The Pain feat Q-Tip are dope tracks
You should check out Right Back At You featuring Ghostface & Raekwon, straight fire
Mobb Deep"Back at You" off the Sunset Park soundtrack. This track is not to be confused with 'Right Back at You" which is on their Infamous album.
Mobb Deep is one of the illest hip hop groups of all time!
The songs adrenaline and spread love not war .Both are 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥
So he basically just described what rap was. Everyone rep where thy are from & every area has its own flow & sound. Unlike today, every rapper sound the same.
Lord Finesse ft Percee P and AG - Yes You May
Perfect timing I’ve been listening to eye for an eye by them on repeat recently!
I remember the day this album dropped. I cop'd it before I went to work and caught them same chills you talkn about listening to it on the way to work 🔥🔥🔥 album is classic
R.I.P. Prodigy 💯
Yep. That was Nas. Mobb Deep and him are from the same housing projects in Queens that they rap about. He's in the song Cradle to the Grave with them. Another fire track from that same Album. Temperature Rising and Trife Life are other good ones. Basically, the whole album is fire.
Hav a super underrated producer...RIP Prodigy, got to meet the brother in '98 and he was good people 💯💯🙏🏾🙏🏾
You saw Nas in the video but missed Puffy dancing in front of the Bodega in the Hilfiger sweater.
Nas, Havoc, Cormega, Nature, Capone from CNN, Tragedy Khadafi(Intelligent Hoodlumn) all are from Queensbridge Projects also Ron Artest the basketball player. Prodigy is from Long Island but him and Havoc met when they were in Juvi together just like Noreaga met Capone.
B,.... I was in College when this came out.. and let me say.. There was a commercial about this album.. that heat was so dangerous they took it off the air... This song was rocked that entire summer of 95'. This was when P got on the radar of the best lyricist in NY
You are right that you(people) can, a lot of time, tell about the place music comes from fast. And it's not just NYC Hip hip. I was watching this series on youtube called 'blind test' were some DJ's were played songs and they tried to guess/remember the artist and title of some tracks without any help, only listening(just search 'blind test 90's episode, djs or something like that to find it) It was surprising how many times the people said first thing things like 'oh this is chicago house' or 'this is detroit techno' before anything else. They would then dial it in more to the artist or label but the era and place the song was from was the first thing they heard.
THE ENTIRE ALBUM, "THE INFAMOUS". BY THE WAY YOUNG KING, ARE YOU GOING TO START DOING FULL ALBUM REACTIONS?🤔
Do Drop A Gem On Em - Mobb Deep
There’s some 2Pac disses on there just to let you know
Destroyed Pac. That's how you do a diss
The whole song was a Pac diss! And they were the only ones that straight up destroyed Pac! Although the song didn't drop until after Pac died. It was the only response that murdered Hit em up lyrically, production wise, and factually speaking! My favorite did track all time!
@@dwaynethomas7984 it dropped like 2 weeks before Pac was killed, and they actually took it off air out of respect
I have heard this song a million times and it can still send a chill down my spine. Not many songs in any genre can do that.
"Hypnotic thuglife get that ass paralysed" was also a sneak diss at Pac.
Feel like this'll forever be an anthem here in QU.
This joint started their beef with Tupac. You can hear them say Thug Life you still livin. Nas and P Diddy in this video
is that true? i believe it...just never heard that before
@@wheelz114 havoc said it, too. Pac supposedly got mad because they said thug life
Oh some of the greatest rappers come out of Queens, N.Y. Facts
I discovered this song recently cuz Im 2000s kid, but still gotta say one of the best hip hop songs ever.
Do Nas and Mobb Deep "It's Mine" with the scarface theme
No lie, when this song came out, this was part of a soundtrack that my boy would have whenever we drove somewhere.
-u missed the P Diddy cameo lol that shit caught me off guard when I first saw him 😂
Mobb Deep - Right Back At You or Quiet Storm. One of my favorite groups of all time. Love the dark feel and grimy flow. Havoc and P are legendary.
One of the best hip-hop intros of all time the way the beat comes in
Imagine living in times and in a country where you could only record these songs on a tape from the radio during a hip hop 1 hour programme once a week 😁. Dedication 👌
Appreciate 90s rap reaction videos!!
Lol this song was also in 8 mile when b rabbit was either in the bathroom or when he was freestylin to cheddar Bob.. it was playing out in the crowd area where the battles took place and you heard it in the background...
Mobb deep, right back at you!
Puff in this video. That's my favorite part.
Mobb deep- party over 🔥🔥🔥
"Cradle to the Grave" is dope as hell
One of my favorite joints from the mobb.
It’s amazing watching the young kids these days listening to shit we grew up with in the 90’s. Every car in every high school across America had this bumping on the system pulling into and out of school every damn day
Mobb Deep- Give Up The Goods
Mobb Deep- The Learning (Burn)
Mobb Deep- Rare Species
Eye for an eye - Mobb Deep ft. Nas & raekwon
Apostle warning - Mobb Deep
Drop a gem on m (2pac diss) - Mobb Deep
The way Havoc sampled this is crazy it was literally a piano loop from an old song
I have not heard anyone react to “drink away the pain” which is from the same album.
Yoooo... havoc is so ill! Prodigy keeping it gully. The infamous mobb deep is z classic start to finish!
This track is an all time great
My Favorite Mobb Deep Song 💯💯💯 That Beat Knock So Hard🔥🔥🔥🔥 R.I.P Prodigy
With love from South Africa, this is a dope reaction.
drink away the pain by mobb deep hella underrated
The Gold - Mobb Deep & DJ Clue
Check out "Adrenaline" from Mobb, another good track
Mobb Deep - getaway , it’s mine ft. Nas
Your next First Time Hearing video should feature: Mobb Deep - "Hell On Earth". They took their musical genius to a whole another level...
Shout out to Michigan that's where I'm from originally I've been on the west coast though for about 20 years but my heart's still back there. Much love to Michigan.
Cormega and Mobb Deep Killaz Theme
Can’t Get Enough Of It -
Mobb Deep, Hell On Earth
I really miss Prodigy....i hope to meet him on the other side, he made me want to Rap🙏🏿❤️ #RipBandanaP
There is a another version of shook ones it's a rare gem it was on the original press off the hell on earth called shook ones part1 another few mentions adrenaline murder music mobb of steel rare species hoodlum live nigga rap with nas get dealt with still shining right back at you cradle to the grave
croocklyn dodgers by croocklyn dodgers from clockers movie
yes!
Was bout to comment Shook Ones but then remembered what u said at the beginning of the video XD
😂😂💯
also, i don't know why everyone wants to see the same shit over and over. I mean literally every other reaction channel has Shook ones.
This Was a Pac Diss. This Is The Song 2pac Heard While He Was In Jail. If You Listen They Were Saying Thug Life We Still Living It.
The not Nas spitting with Prodigy, it's Havoc who is also the producer exreaordinaire.
I'm not saying you should do a reaction but Camp Lo 'Negro League' has one of the darkest beats plus hook I've ever heard. If you see this take a listen and enjoy
Havoc made some of the all time greatest beats for Mobb Deep and others.. Genius 👍🏻
Mobb deep give up the goods,
the streets raised me and getaway
Favourite rap tune of all time 🐐
My favorite song to workout to!
New York bruh.. the essence.. Those Queensbridge cats doing their thing .. We Brooklyniites did our thing too., Check Jeru Da Dameja, Blackmoon, Heltah Skeltah, Smif N Wessun, Smoothe da Hustler, M.O.P. Cella Dwellas and many others ...What an era!!!
Mobb deep- Streets raised me, Thug music, Spread love and I'm going out
Queens also got Tribe, 50 Cent, LL, Run DMC, and some other I'm prob forgetting.
Mobb deep- Still shining, Bloodsport
Prodigy was from LeFrak City in Queens, not Queens Bridge
There’s a lot of slang in the lyrics and it can be difficult for young folks to decipher. Like this;
“… they better have the riot gear ready, trying to bag me and get rocksteady by the Mac one double, I touch you and leave you with not much to go home with…”
Tell me what you think it means. That’s how we flowed back in the day.
You hear that popping 🔥
Mobb Deep and Raekwon song nighttime vultures
Got this set as my ringtone. Word
Ridin' out in the Summer of '95 iirc, beatin' the block down to this
