me being smart about how i variate things is that fine line between biting and inspiration...it takes hard work to get from a to b to c and i respect that process when i create....i make my own processes instead of taking the product of someone else's...i could pick up someones old moves from the battle scene any day and use them in the industry where no one would know...but i don't...because i have respect for the hardwork and time it takes to make something original...
...to end this discussion i don't care about the move...for those defending twoface...say your words..but i'm not attacking him...i'm not one to say i own any moves...i just noticed that something i was doing for over year is suddenly shows up in a battle...do i mind really no...but i do see often people suddenly getting "inspired" to do my combos in competitions and profiting...twoface is a good dancer and seems like a good person...for me this is just an indication its time for PRACTICE :)
oh and i don't study other dancers...i've learned from many directly through my travels and have enormous respect for them....but my inspiration is not the product of some mass youtube research project...i barely even watch battles....only saw this one because someone ELSE told me about the "bite" or whatever you would prefer to call it...either way...i'm young...learning...and honestly don't want any part in this feud....other people have said more than i would've so props to both nice battle
i never battle trying to make some big statement...i do it for love of the art form and i like to throw my two cents in from time to time when i able...i don't claim to be a great anything...i just know that something that wasn't EVER popularly done in a battle is somehow being done months after i discovered and popularize it....do i own the rights to anything ...no...but am i allowed to call out a lack of effort to change my move...yes
Well, we already talked about it on Facebook. Devious has something similar and Pacman as well. I did that move already a few years ago but i didnt used it in Battles because i didnt feel so confident on doing floor moves. But there are even more dancers with such a move. It is a nice move for the moment but its just a few seconds short. Watch the video and the dance. Popping Prince did a great job on this day. He also won against Kite. So stop hating and give some respect to the dance.
for all those who don't know, twoface isn't biting anything!!it is about two years ago since i first saw him doing the wave.i checked some footage and he also did it in the finals of uk bboy champs germany june 2011, before pacman uploaded his video doing a similar wave. if anyone wants a proof i can upload it!so please don't hate!! if you're not 100% sure that somebody did a similar move before you, you should ask this person first before claiming he is a biter. respect to both nice battle!
