try this on for size i5 650 (dinosaur) CPU nvidia gtx 1050ti 4gb gpu and 12gb ram with 40-60 fps

wtf? I have i5-6400 gtx 1060 6 GB msi and 8 GB RAM and i have 40-60 fps ??? :(

Hi Haskii. The i5 6400 have -5 -10 frames down.but 20-30 it is a problem.Have you mods?

It's because you have a Intel Core i5 CPU, that CPU is giving you that down 40fps.

Go to nvidia control panel. Set everything to prefer maxium performance (if you can), Also while you're in nvidia control panel go to the game and select High perfermance nvidia graphics
