Isaiah 28:9-10 smh. The so-called Hebrew Israelites love to quote " precepts upon precepts" from Isaiah chapter 28 verse 9-10 and act as if the other versus above and below don't exist. If you were to ask them what the context of the passage is, they're often response would be " show me the word ( CONTEXT) in the Bible. 🤓
