Scotiabank Arena is literally Toronto's MSG. Though it doesn't have the same historical significance as MSG, it's located in the best location possible, in the heart of the city attached to the main transit hub. It's more likely to be given a massive interior renovation or torn down and replaced within the same footprint before they would ever consider building a new arena in a different location. They also just renovated the exterior and built an entire entertainment district adjacent to it within the last couple of years, so there's absolutely no way they are leaving that building in the next 7 years lol.

The Bank of Nova Scotia is often called Scotiabank, and they are the corporate sponsor of the arena in Toronto where the Raptors and the Maple Leafs play. It isn't going anywhere, probably for decades. It was privately built, and no one there is talking about a new rink.

I do NOT see the United Center in Chicago being replaced any time soon. I think Jerry Reinsdorf will say he has built his last NBA arena. Plus ,due to the historic nature of the building (house that MJ built) there is no real call for a new building. The brutal concrete exterior is really not a problem because it pays homage to the much beloved old Chicago Stadium and people (me included) like the updates that they did adding screens to the exterior. The atrium that they built to house Micheal's statute is beautiful and I make sure I go through there every time I'm in the building. Lastly, and most importantly the building is a huge money maker for the Bulls (and Blackhawks) as it is now without a district or anything like that because it is the largest capacity arena and it is always full or near full even when the team is bad. I've been to the UC more than any other arena and I love it. As long as there is no call for anything new it may last as long as Chicago Stadium.

Spurs have been the top team in assists all year going back and forth with the pacers, victor also has the most ball touches for a rookie ever so that argument can't be used anymore. Plus France and san Antonio go together and will forever be intertwined due from the success from other past French players (Parker, diaw etc.) so he's not leaving the most popular NBA team in France. Also this is a rebuild which he fully understands will take time eventually there will be lots of changes in the roster to help keep him happy this is only a test year to see the type of player he is to build around.

i feel that msg is not as safe as us sports fans like to think it is, in 15 or 20 years we will probably be hearing that penn station wants the property, and the garden will be moving into a new arena at the property where the jets were going to build a football stadium. the hulu theater the home to many nfl drafts is getting taken out. i have herd boomer essian talking about the knicks and rangers getting a new arena over the rail yards, but this was due to ubs being sutch a nice arena and not about penn station.

This guy doesn't know ish about the united center. Has he even been there recently? They added and atrium to the east side of the building and are always updating thing s inside. The building looks the way it does on the outside because its paying homage to chicago stadiums exterior. We fans of the Bulls and Hawks love the U.C. and it not going anywhere.

Why do all Americans think Toronto is some desolate ghost town... Toronto is the third biggest city (not including Mexico City) in North America

Why not just say it's the fourth biggest city in North America?

@@wellmyfriend326 Because the video is specifically about NBA teams in North America? it was meant to compare other large NBA markets and theres clearly no Mexico City team

Sko Sha bank in Toronto is 100% safe. Your pronunciation of the word Scotia and how completey ignorant you are to think it's a tweener have pushed me to unsubscribe.
