Sadly, modding only works on the PC version of the game. That's because Xbox store their stuff online, and so you'd basically have to hack into the entire company's files to be able to change it :(

At a guess, I would say it is because you are using EAFC kit creator. Try clicking on the text in the top left, then selecting FIFA Kit Creator, and then you will have the option.

For "Free texture" size 3 and opacity 70 is almost always perfect, size 1 or 2 its too small

New to the hobby is there a way to and gold onto kits? I see it everywhere but don't know how to do it.
Just adjust the Shininess/Metalness settings until you find something that suits you - for the colour I would recommend a pale orange-yellow

Check the top left corner and if it's set to eafc kit creator, then change it to fifa kit creator and that option shoulf show up.

You have to pay yeah, but you can easily get badges simply by googling the team name. Then just import them as custom logos.
