Too much ASMR content revolves around the destruction of objects, making slime out of materials that could be better used elsewhere, cutting up cosmetics that someone could've used, feeding the bottomless plastic tat industry that profits off trash that's only going to end up in the landfill. This however is as sustainable as any online content can be.
I can't even draw a freakin straight line with a ruler yet this artist is pulling off perfect shapes and symmetry that would make Leonardo DaVinci claim this was God's work.

It's one thing to look at this activity from the outside, but when you're the one doing it, it's not planned out.. it's just a lot of "so what if I did this....?" and just letting it go until you create a pattern. I used to doodle stuff like this all the time in school. You'd be amazed at what you can create

Loved this one. My only note would be that I'd love to see the tool you're using briefly before you start, especially if you're starting perpendicular to the camera's view.
Happy I saved this for a hot evening where I couldn't sleep (trying not to use AC too much due to the bill but it makes it difficult to fall and stay asleep). This video helped to make me drowsy again.
Ah, yes. Heatwave can be very tough for sleep. When I experienced that, I used to make ice in a plastic bag(ziplock bag) and put it in front of the fan in a bucket, seemed to help a bit. Also closing the curtains in the day helped also. Glad to read the video is helping as I also read in the other comment. Thank you for your support! 🙏
i feel like zen gardens are a way of meditation, specifically, the regularity of shapes and timing because of the gong signaling the time when the new set of shapes should start. i may be wrong but that's how i interpret it. it might as well be just to make beautiful shapes and doesn't have a meaning behind it.
