Is the Edge Pro only good for sharpening flat blade knives? Some hunting knives have some fancy blade designs... how would you maintain the edge angle with such a knife? Or... was this system designed solely for flat bladed Chef/Kitchen knives?
You can sharpen any knife, you have a slide guide you can buy to make it easier to keep the angle on those fancy shapes, check the edge pro channel they show you most of it there, it's pretty easy
This design of minimal plastic and two dollar store suction cups needs to be be vastly updated. Buy all the competitors models and see what they are offering now. Hire someone with a track record in innovation and reinvent this tired worn out wheel
Where the blade sits i added a rare earth magnet underneath and hot glued it in,much more stable.
Add a few drops of dish soap to the water it helps it stay on the stone and helps with cleaning off of the metal on the stone.

What is the maximum blade length you can use on the edge pro?
Richard Anderson large to mid size blades with the provided rest. They have an smaller blade rest for slip joint size👍👍
