John Wetton nearly died of coronary obstruction around 2006, but was saved by a good doctor and angioplasty. I too remain saddened by his death. I feel that he really, really, really made up for a lot of lost time/missed opportunities in the 90s.........or was just his audience catching up with him becoming more mature and insightful by '06?
Whatever the case, it was and is still a joy to hear him sing. "Don't Cry" is still an awesome song.
Oh, and that flautist with the big hair in the top row to the right........WOW!!!

I was stationed in England with the USAF, I went to Bournmouth many times, slightly hoping I would have bumped into John. He was a man of amazing talent, gone to soon.

I was incredibly lucky to see the original lineup on a number of occasions - Kentish Town Forum, Cambridge Rock Festival and Wembley Arena. Absolutely marvellous and all tremendous musicians in their own right
Been watching a lot of music from my youth since the Covid -19 pandemic.
Asia is one of my favourite all time bands. Such talented musicians.
Really cool 😎 to see the younger generations enjoy the music as they play. There was something different about the 80s era of music.!!

Freaking A!!!!!! The chemo and age still HAD NOT weakened his pipes back in 2015. We were cheated by his death but rewarded with all these recorded concerts.
Alan Shaddix This was approximately six weeks before his surgery. Still he had a huge tumor and had to be feeling the affects of it.
Yeah he hadn't started chemo yet.
He does sound great, though.

Regrettably no. All of these videos are audience videos. I reached out to Rock Meets Classic but they never did a professional recording for sale.
