I used to work as a flight attendant for YX. The E175's for American and the 170's for Delta were my favorite to work on. PS... The cake was my favorite too!
American can be very picky about that sort of thing. I just laughed it off😂 she was very nice the rest of the flight though besides telling me my seatbelt wasn't tight enough😑 still an amazing flight though!
I have found that its only the regional carriers that are not owned by AMR that have problems with recording. I know republic (I am guessing that was a Republic flight) has very strict rules against recording. When flying regional I try to stick to Envoy and PSA for this reason.

Yeah the steak and the cake were great! Noodles were a little weird and the meat was cold but still tasted amazing!
