You have no idea how much this helps me to concentrate! If I don’t have ASMR or a constant background noise then I get anxiety, I need gum, start tapping my fingers, checking my phone and basically squirreling when I need to be focusing at school or work. This has been a tremendous help for my anxiety and I just want to say thank you so very much! For all the hard work and effort you put into your videos, not everyone is here to calm and sleep, I need to focus and this helps me do exactly that 😊
