This reminds me of the 197os growing up in North St.louis, every body, family and friends were always cooking up some fish and having a good time just enjoying life.I sure do miss those days!!!!!This was very helpful to my soul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations on the cooking channel. I just recently started using kitchen cheers to cut those sharp fins off the fish. I been fish over 50 years. Those fins are not feeling any better😂😂😂. So cut them off and they store better in freezer bags as well. Tell my brother Cornelius we will see him soon.#OMAHA NEBRASKA

Take a filet knife run it down each side of the dorsal and pectoral fins and you don't have to deal with the fins then you can just slip them out
