You can see in the last clip that when the Arena control is lost @11:17 the attack buff disappears from your team, so you do need to control the area to keep the buffs. And Yes Bryon does have energy reduction in his kit, that's why he is really good at killing Thoran before Thoran can ult if he starts the battle locked on Thoran (with single target dmg and factional bonus)

It bothers me that in every single video where he talks about her, he completely disregards her performance xD, no matter if she 1 vs 5 the enemies is just "meh" for him, in the Tier list's he somehow agreed with Carolina being higher than her...he doesn't think she should be higher, I feel like whoever designed Alsa or gives her the voice acting did something terrible to Puzzle, because he cannot forgive the poor character xD I am crushing top 5 Arena with Alsa since her release, and still top 5 today.
your videos are really good but the start always feels like u are screaming / come over a little aggressive. maybe try to smile a little the next time you say hello in the beginning of your videos :D:D
