Hallo! Yes fairy wills are f2p friendly haha. For f2p or lower spender, in fairy PVP you can try Mantra core to increase your base ATK and DEF. Mantra is also great for PVE, so it is the will core good for both fairy PVP and PVE (In PVP u can use Mantra + Fierce or Mantra + Slaughter). Sprout will gen helps both fairy PVP and PVE for increasing fairy skill dmg, but works on fairy skills only. Mantra and Sprout do not work in Top League because Top League disables fairy active skills, so for Top League you need different sets. In PVP if you want tankiness you can have some defense will cores like Rigidity or God Bless. If you going for more tanky build try some defense will gens like god bless heal (works only when God Bless core activates), smart shift, or plunder (plunder only works in fairy PVP).
