I'm going on a new cruise on the icon of the seas. I recently looked at my footage from the Bahamas on this trip. And the camera I was using was clipped to the scooters. Tiller in the ground was very rough. I do not feel good about putting out the video because it may give some people with visual impairdence a headache

Please use different lens in future. It’s hard to see anything. Also remember Always complete and submit the wheelchair/scooter form of the cruise line. Failure to do so could result in being denied boarding. Some cases have been recently published. Also the website FAQs will give you doorway dimensions.

Hi, I a going on a cruise with the Golden Buzzard Go Around , Did you use the smaller battery? Going on NCL, they say it mush be FAA approved. . If you did how far could you go on I charge. Thank you
I was really hoping to see you manuering the buffet, that's the area I'm worried about
My wife did not let me bring the scooter to eat. But I can tell you the buffet during busy times will be your hardest task. I was just on this cruise in January with no scooter. And we went to the wind jammer when it was busy and ended up going somewhere else LO. L.
I think I'm going to be bringing a scooter on the new icons. So I'll try to get some shots during the buffet

This was great to see especially the security part glad to see they are not as aggressive as tsa is with medical equipment lol so glad to see how accessible it was except the bathrooms lol thats too bad because i cannot walk and need my mobility device to get me into the bathroom!! Those ramps getting on and off look so scary lol they would have to help me!! It was odd for me to see negative comments about TSA experience with mobility scooters or any other device. TSA has always been a dream come true for me when it comes to my disability and mobility scooter. If I reserve in advance TSA will literally greet me at the departures curb and escort me the entire way to my gate with stops in between if I choose.
This video is great as I am currently shopping for a new mobility scooter that folds automatically. As my disease progresses my Luggee folding scooter is getting harder to fold and unfold manually. The cruise looks amazing. @@MobilityScooterSales

On this cruise the standard battery 🔋 with 18mile range was plenty i did not need a spare

Did you have the larger battery or did you take the smaller battery? Since this is a lithium battery, not sure if you need to have the smaller battery with is airline approved? I just bought a Buzzaround Carryon last month.

I went with the standard battery that had an 18 mile range. Never had an issue even going on and off the boat

Funny how everywhere to went there were no crowds. During disembarkment it took me on average 20-30 to get off the ship. No room on the elevators and nobody ever makes room for a scooter.
Oh, there was a lot of filming with crowds. I just had to cut that up my friend

Make sure too add the insurance on the scooter if you’re going to take it off the ship. Easy to steal them they have universal keys. Insurance will cost $50.00 for the week.

Yes, I had to use a 360 camera for this video. So I can get all angles. So that's why it looks a little funny. Also, the camera had a damaged lens. But I tried to make the best of it.

Getting on and off elevators is my biggest fear.
that was the hardest part, i found that if you just pull in people will move, if not you will be waiting! safe travels!
