Looking great lads, the bed liner in the inner guards is a great idea especially "if" you end up off track. A fantastic idea I might do in my MX5 rally car build.

For Black Friday, I ordered a Haltech Elite 2500, premium wiring harness, and CAN Bus Wide band o2 sensor (Bosch). Once I dig in, I want to repaint the engine bay POR white (leak detection). Oh, and I acquired a used turbo setup as well.

Oh yeah forgot to tell u guys what i bought friday. Nothing for other people really but i got myself full poly bushing kit from flying yata. Im sure everyone will understand right.

Great question, we should place bets. It will be under 150whp on our original NA VVT build. Probably in this 120-130ish.

why install the rack when you will need to pull it off to mate it with the intermediate shaft
You are correct. We’re going to need to remove it for that, but for now it’s there and accounted for.
Do you have to replace subframe for adding VVT 1.8 in the NA Miata?
Nope. As long as you use any 1.8 engine mounts (94-05), it’ll bolt right up to any subframe (90-05).
