Guideline to use miswak:❤
1. Cut the tip like we sharp our crayons about 1 inch and dip in normal water for at least 2.3 hours
2.After soaking, lightly chew that cutting part with teeth so it help them to make bristles like brush .
3. Miswak wood is ready to use ....❤it is one tym method then use it just like regular brushing

Assalamualaikum as I'm a talibeen who is studying about my islam and deen I'll tell you the sunnah's of eating
1. you eat should recite the dua before eating
2. eat with fingers as possible
3. do not blow on your food
4. Do not eat food while it is too hot
5. Eating while sitting on ground is better
6. Recite the dua "Allahumma lakal hamd wa lakal shukr" in the middle of eating
7. Eat from the start do not eat from the middle part of the plate
8. Eat with right hand obv
9. Do not eat while reclining
10. Recite dua after eating
(I may have missed some of the sunnah's but I'm in hurry rn)
And also to whomever reading this I recommend you to recite surah quraish 3 times after your meal after reciting the dua of finishing the food cuz reciting surah quraish is so beneficial it helps managing weight and Allah will bless with a good health (inshallah) and many more benefits
