There's quite alot of beef produce out there especially burgers that can be cooked under well and be served that way. Even safe raw at times although people don't like it like that. Are you talking about the guy with the red shirt? It seemed to me that at about 1:04,or after the first round of raw burgers, that he did change his gloves. I definitely saw how pressed those gloves look- as if the were not worn. Furthermore, it seemed to me that every time he placed a round of burgers on the flat-top the camera would pull away- allowing him time to change his gloves. This is my second time looking at this video and I can't find where he is not changing his gloves, so for now I will give him the benefit of the doubt. But if you can point out exactly where- I would love to know. Proper food handling is very important to me. Just because it is street food does not make it substandard food; and unworthy careful food handling procedures.
We been eating food WITHOUT the use if rubber gloves for thousands of years.... We all be dead by now if that was "POISON". I've never seen anybody use rubber gloves while grilling burgers at home. Question...Did your mom use rubber gloves when she cooked? Did your grandmother use rubber gloves when she cooked? Maybe "tainted" if it sat out for sometime but not "poison". You don't know what your talking about.
