    When u started talking about affinity you had this glow in your eyes. I think I'm going with affinity

    I use affinity designer 80% of my layout mostly for large dimensions. I only use 20% corel and ai for pdf checking and autotrace.

    Thanks for this video. I've been looking for a serious program that could be a good substitute for the Adobe creative cloud that I could just purchase outright. This was very honest and informative and I downloaded Affinity before this video was over! 👌

    Thanks man I’ve really been having a hard time trying to figure this out & decide on what I need for ME… I’m currently paying for the adobe PS subscription and it sucks on iPad. I’m in barber school and a classmate is using procreate to do everyone’s logo’s, so I was thinking about that one but I’m trying to design logos for my clothing brand as well, so this definitely clarified what’s best for me.

    Im trying to use Affinity designer, but I feel like I get my work done faster when I use Illustrator, so I keep going back to illustrator. I hope Affinity will get a shape builder tool, Inage trace, and offset path down the road

    This is really helpful. I do have a question though. Are you able to convert back and forth with the Illustrator and Affinity. Like can you open an Illustrator file in Affinity or vice versa?

    • @geraldjoehri
      @geraldjoehri Před 3 lety +2

      You can open all Adobe Files in Affinity without any problems. I can't remember if it also works in the other direction. I switched from Adobe to Affinity 3 yrs ago.
