The reason they were fighting is because yasuo (wind sword dude) was accused of killing his master when he was supposed to protect him (the real killer was riven, the girl in the arena from awaken) yone tried to protect his family's honor by killing yasuo but was killed by yasuo
riven went to ask the elder to repair her sword but there was an accident and he died. yasuo left his place protecting the elder to help a village being attacked i think was and ended up being accused of murdering him

You're right in that it doesn't mention Suoma explicitly, but this paragraph is a direct reference to him.

@scru Yasuo was thought to have killed his Master during the 1st Noxian invasion. Instead of protecting the master, who was very old at the time, he went and fought against the Noxians leaving his master unprotected. It was at that time that another character, Riven, met with with the master while being badly damaged and hurt after the Noxian invasion. The master sought to help Riven and tried to release a curse that was bound her to her blade. The dispelling of the curse went south and the blade exploded and killed the Master. Since Yasuo wasn't there, Yone blamed Yasuo for thier master's death. Theres alot of other facts I ommitted, but I'm 100% sure that the Necrit video explaining this cinematic can cover this for you. im sure you noticed but just in case and for those that didnt id like to point out that the animation change served a storytelling purpose. whenever we were in the past it was 2d animation. whenever in the present it was 3d animation. also the story of yasuo and yone is a complicated one of brothers who fought to the death as a result of a war and confusing events im sure someone else will have explained that in more detail. yone then returned changed into half demon who hunts other demons in order to understand his own in order to get rid of it and return to life. this is shown in the spirit blossom cinematic which you've seen called the path, an ionian myth. i recommend you check out the tales of runeterra videos.
If you noticed, the dude from "The Path, an Ionian Myth" cinematic is actually Yasuo's brother resurrected. He is no longer dead because he slayed his demon(literally). Yone is tainted by demons which is why he has a mask on but he is not possessed or controlled by the demon in any way. Yone is now a demon hunter but to truly be free from his curse, he needs to know how to seal demons(and he does this with his demon blade) and know their names(this part, he is on his own). Okay sooo... Yasuo and Yone are swordsmen but Yasuo only got in because he was stubborn enough to stay outside the dojo everyday; day or night, rain or shine. He wanted to be in the swordsman dojo kinda school because his brother was in there too. Time passed and Yasuo surpassed Yone's skill even if Yone was in the school first but here's the kicker... "Then I should be out there protecting her!" - Yasuo. He refers to "her" as the land. You see Ionia is a place where nature is alive. You cut trees, the forest will attack you. It's more flashed out in that one Tales of Runeterra video called, "The Lesson". how the stone guardian reacted is how nature works for Ionia and so people respect the lands; they don't cut trees, they weave it into houses. When war struck Ionia, it was as if Noxus(the invading nation) was a 1st world country and Ionia is a 3rd world fighting back. Yasuo was tasked to protect their master who taught them the wind technique while Yone was tasked to fight in the war. Yasuo wanted his brother's role sooo his stubbornness lead him to leaving his post and fighting the war with Yone and the others. Eventually Yone found out and hunted his brother down. Since humans lie, they wanted to settle the score with their swords because to them it shows how they really feel; no lies involved. So remember the master being left alone? He was visited by Riven(if you remember the girl who was fighting the Prince in the arena in the Awaken cinematic.). She was asking the master to help him with the problem of her blade having a curse; it was broken yet it still could reforged and can destroy. The master agreed but as he was trying to break apart the spell on the blade, one of the pieces of the blade killed the master and since the death was caused by the master's own wind technique and Yasuo left his post, you put two and two together and you get everyone blaming Yasuo for what has happened, eve Yone blamed him but Yasuo was running because he didn't want to hurt people because they were accusing him of it and attacks/assassinations go here and there but as you can see, Yasuo has fended for himself good until a demon was supposed to devour his life essence.
"Why is [Yasuo] defending the [old man]?" - He was just hallucinating and didn't know what was going on. Next thing he knew, he turned around to see this unnamed masked dude walk up to an old man with swords drawn so he snapped into defense mode without realizing everything going on. "Why did he have to kill his brother?" - Mentioned a few times, but Yone was assigned (maybe volunteered?) to capture his brother. They were both going to give their all in the duel; death was inevitable for one of them.
Side note the guy in the video with the sword the main character his name is yasuo he's also the DJ from the true damage group that akali was in before she joined KDA

Yasuo was unfortunately in a bad spot when he ran off to try and find the killer, the killer who was still around the village. It's the Confessions of a Broken Blade that revealed Riven was the one who killed Elder Souma. She was in the Awaken video fighting in the Arena. (Currently in the lore, looks like Riven was taken back to Noxus to right in that Arena.) Yone chased after his brother trying to get him for his "crimes" and failed. He later came back as a demon hunter. In current standing, Yasuo and Ahri are heading to Bilgewater to find something. What's cool is that yes, there is a game coming in called the Ruined King, which also has a trailer that features them both.
Heya scru. Yasuo (one sword guy) had to kill Yone (2 sword guy) because Yasuo abandoned his post to fight in a war. When he did that his master (the guy he was supposed to guard) died to the wind style which only Yasuo and his master were supposed to know so everyone thought he did it. He was innocent and it was actually the master breaking another champion's sword but Yasuo still ran from the posse sent to bring him back for judgement. Yone was charged with hunting Yasuo down so they had to fight to the death cause Yone thought he was guilty and Yasuo couldn't explain what DID happen to the master since he didn't know who did it. Sorry for the long post lol.
You're right! The girl at the end is Ahri the fox from K/DA. This video is a part of the story from the original story/lore/universe in league (Where K/DA is an alternate universe), so she looks a little different here but it's really cool that you recognized her regardless! :0
Essentially, Yasuo's master was killed by another character named Riven, but Yasuo was framed for the murder. That's why he had to kill his brother, because his brother would literally not let him go without one of them dying.
Except it wasn't murder. Riven requested the assistance of Yas & Yone's master in destroying her sword, and in the process the wind magic trapped within it backfired on the master.
Here's the short version as to why Yasuo killed Yone. >Yone goes to Frontlines of war. >Yasuo stays behind to protect the elder of the village >Yasuo leaves briefly to fight outside the village >someone else kills the elder while Yasuo is away >Yasuo runs because he knows he will be accused. >Yone hunts Yasuo down, and duels him to the death. >Yasuo kills his own brother because he knows Yone will never stop hunting him if he doesn't.

11:20 Short answer: he killed him in self defense. Ionia (which is where Yasuo and Yone grew up) was at war, and Yasuo being the impulsive and disobedient character he is, wanted to fight. Instead his duty was to stay with his master and protect him and the school. Yasuo decided he had enough of this shit and went off to the battlefield. When he came back, the elder was found dead and Yasuo fled because he was accused of killing the elder (he was killed by the same wind technique that Yasuo uses, so naturally he was the only one who could've done it). Yone believed it too and he hunted Yasuo down to confront him about the elder. They battled, and Yasuo killed him. In the spirit world (after he died), Yone fought a demon known as an "azakana" and obtained its powers (the mask he wears is the azakana that he defeated). Now he hunts other azakana, because the azakana on his face allows him to see other azakana. Now here's the interesting part: Yasuo didn't kill him. It was actually Riven (the girl from the Awaken video). But it wasn't really her. It was her sword. She wanted to destroy it and she went to the village elder to get his help. She ended up destroying it, but the sword's dark magic killed him in the process.
The Story of Yasuo and Yone, is Yone was out at war, and Yasuo was supposed to be assigned to protecting the Master of the School there. While Yasuo ran to a battle the Master was killed (by an accident with Riven, another character.) Yone came back and found out and blamed Yasuo for not doing his duty as Yasuo held the blame for the situation. They fought because they believed each had failed at their tasks, when other situations had happened. The entire situation sadly never should've happened, but Yone was fighting Yasuo to the death because of him dishonoring his job. Yasuo won the battle and killed his brother because he had no choice but to fight seriously.
Scru you have to check out the whole Runeterra history/story. Runeterra is the whole world with different places just to name a few Shurima, Noxus, Damacia, Freljord, Ionia, Bilgewater etc.. I'm sure there's few nice videos around on YT that you can react to and learn more about the whole lore about Runeterra. The one you just watched was only set in Ionia, between Yasuo and Yone the 2 brothers and an event that occures on particular time in that region. But make sure to check other regions of Runeterra if you're interested, I'd love to see it. PS. Shurima, Freljord and Noxus are my favourite.
The old man represents Yasuo's guilt from killing his brother. A physical embodiment of his pain. Because Yasuo pushes aside this pain, he cannot see that the old man is evil until he sees his older brother "alive". Yone, now a spirit, is cursed to hunt these physical inner demons called the Azakana.

The ending is the "KDA girl" Ahri. But not really the same universe version, this Ahri is the in-game universe one not the cosmetic skin line Pop Star one.
Yo Scru, here's your answer, Yasuo ( the younger brother) was supposd to protect his master. instead he left him ungraded to go help Yone (the older brother) in the war ( which they lost) as a result, His master was assassinated, and yasuo was framed since his killer used a wind sword technique just like yasuo, and since yasuo abandoned his master, they framed him as the killer, so he had to run away, his brother was trying to stop him, basically arrest him for a crime he didn't commit. hence why he had to kill him to escape in order to find the real killer of his master. hope this helps

I got you Scru So the reason they were fighting and Yone ended up dead was because Yasuo (the DJ from the True Damage "Giants" skinline) was put in charge of protecting their teacher "Elder Suma" while the rest of the students went to fight in a war. Yasuo wanted to fight to but couldnt because of his duty but he ignored it and snuck off to fight. However in doing so "Elder Suma" was left unprotected and was later found dead. The students of their dojo assumed it was Yasuo who killed "Elder Suma" and that he was fleeing the scene of the crime, so they hunted him down. Yasuo being the most skilled killed all who came after him, all while claiming his innocence. Finally Yone came after his brother which resulted in Yasuo killing him (Also why Yone asked "Then why are you running?") Bonus Info: Yasuo protected the old man initially because he still didn't realize the old man was an Azakana/Demon
The quick version of why yasuo (Main samurai) killed his Brother Yone is that Yone was trying to kill yasuo because he thought Yasuo killed their teacher and ran. In the fight yasuo starts off defensive not trying to kill yone by using a random sword instead of his blade that controls the wind, however yone is out to kill yasuo and breaks this blade and yasuo is forced into killing his brother.
so yasou preotected the demon because he was druged from the drink he gave him. and yes that was kda girl ahri at the end there. league is going to be making a game on ps4, ps5, pc and other consoles that takes place after this cinematic they already made a trailer for it called Blade of the ruined king. To explain why they're trying to kill eachother in the dream/frashback. Yasuo and Yone are two highly skilled brothers living at a temple in the magical land of Ionia. When the empire of Noxus invaded the lands, Yone went to fight on the front lines. Meanwhile Yasuo was tasked to stay behind to protect the temple and the masters (much to his reluctants), as Yasuo had been privileged with being taught the secret Wind Techniques. When Yone and the others returned to the temple they found Yasuo was missing and the elders had been killed by what looked to be Wind based attacks. In truth, their deaths were an accident involving a third party that was only present in a short time while Yasuo was forced away from the temple. He immediately left to pursue what he thought was a murderer, and then Yone and everyone else got back and pursued Yasuo thinking he was the killer. By the time Yasuo and Yone meet in the dream/flashback, Yasuo has been forced to kill many of his own people as they pursue him seeking revenge for the kill masters. I recommend going back and watching "The Path, An Ionian Myth" again. It is about how Yone, freshly dead at the hands of Yasuo, journeys thru the spirit world before returning the the physical world to show up as a half-demon in this cinematic.

They fought because dude with the dual blades was hunting his brother the ponytail, because ponytail dipped instead of protecting his master so everybody thought ponytail was guilty and started bounty hunting that fool. Dual swords and ponytail fought then dual sword guy died and came back to life after he fought a demon in the spirit realm little did he know he was gonna come back half demon and now that fool hunts other demons to understand more about what he has become
Yasuo got accused from a murder he hadn't committed and his brother, Yone, had to catch him to like pay the price and shit. Yasuo did knew who was the murderer but nobody give him the chance to explain himself so, in the fight you saw, he killed his brother to protect himself and stuff. But he still live with the regret of killing is brother till this day. He didn't want to really, but he had too. Ish like that
Yone, the brother that was killed. The reason he was killed was because he was going to kill Yasuo. One of them was going to die that day, and Yone was the one that died.
Yasuo ended up killing his brother because he was framed as a murderer by his own people after they found his master dead. It was Yasuo’s job to protect him but he basically said nah I don’t play like that and left to go Kill some bad guys. When he came back his master was dead and everyone blamed him Yone believed that it was his fault as well. Being the older brother he felt responsible for Yasuo so when he ran away he made it his mission to hunt him down. Yasuo in self defense ended up killing his brother and all his pressures in order to fine the real killer. Also spoilers if you want to know more about what really happened look up the story confessions of the broken blade to see how that story ends
I’m a huge league of legends fan and one of my favorite champions is gas up so allow me to explain. Yasuo as a kid was reckless while gone was more disciplined. Yone and yasuo weren’t brothers but yasuo was chosen to be master shimas disciple and taught how to use the great wind techniques and be his successor. When Ionia was at war, (I forget what country it was I think it was noxus), yasuo wanted to be on the front lines because of the techniques he learned were so great he felt it could end the war and was tired of seeing the people die but he was in charge of protecting Shima during the war. Yasuo argued with yone about being there to protect everyone and yone felt yasuo was doing this because he was still reckless that’s why yone said, “it seems I have already failed you” because he felt he couldn’t teach yasuo discipline, maturity, and honor. So yasuo was angered and fled the dojo to go fight and someone came, (no one knows who did it), and killed the master using a type of wind technique. Since yasuo was the only one who was trained by shima in wind techniques and because he fled it looked super sus so when yone found out he pursued yasuo and yasuo kept running but when yone caught up instead of yasuo explaining what happened and that he didn’t do it he fought yone to the death and told him he didn’t do it. That’s when yo e said then why do you keep running. From that day yasuo left to find his masters murderer. This video is after all that happened. Yone came back as a type of demon hunter and that mask is stuck on his face because he killed a demon and blah blah blah it’s a whole story of it’s own if you wanna know more watch the yone spirit blossom trailer to see what happened

Because of the invader and Yasuo use a similar sword technique the sword school thought that Yasuo killed his master and fled. so they sent countless assassins after him and he killed every single one. Even his elder-half brother, Yone. Yasuo feels guilty for killing his brother and never left ionia helping out with bandits and such when he could. This cinematic takes place during the time where the boundary of the mortal realm and spirit realm becomes closer so people use this time to talk to their dead relatives. Yone died and was possessed by a demon who he killed. and by anime magic came back to life, his purpose now is to hunt all these demons. at the end of this vid Yone and Yasuo meet, Yasuo's big brother forgives him and he moves on. here on out Yasuo will be heading to Bilgewater a pirate town for the next game that Riot Games is releasing "The Ruined King"

im sure you noticed but just in case and for those that didnt id like to point out that the animation change served a storytelling purpose. whenever we were in the past it was 2d animation. whenever in the present it was 3d animation. also the story of yasuo and yone is a complicated one of brothers who fought to the death as a result of a war and confusing events im sure someone else will have explained that in more detail. yone then returned changed into half demon who hunts other demons in order to understand his own in order to get rid of it and return to life. this is shown in the spirit blossom cinematic which you've seen called the path, an ionian myth. i recommend you check out the tales of runeterra videos.
If you noticed, the dude from "The Path, an Ionian Myth" cinematic is actually Yasuo's brother resurrected. He is no longer dead because he slayed his demon(literally). Yone is tainted by demons which is why he has a mask on but he is not possessed or controlled by the demon in any way. Yone is now a demon hunter but to truly be free from his curse, he needs to know how to seal demons(and he does this with his demon blade) and know their names(this part, he is on his own).
Okay sooo... Yasuo and Yone are swordsmen but Yasuo only got in because he was stubborn enough to stay outside the dojo everyday; day or night, rain or shine. He wanted to be in the swordsman dojo kinda school because his brother was in there too. Time passed and Yasuo surpassed Yone's skill even if Yone was in the school first but here's the kicker...
"Then I should be out there protecting her!" - Yasuo. He refers to "her" as the land. You see Ionia is a place where nature is alive. You cut trees, the forest will attack you. It's more flashed out in that one Tales of Runeterra video called, "The Lesson". how the stone guardian reacted is how nature works for Ionia and so people respect the lands; they don't cut trees, they weave it into houses.
When war struck Ionia, it was as if Noxus(the invading nation) was a 1st world country and Ionia is a 3rd world fighting back. Yasuo was tasked to protect their master who taught them the wind technique while Yone was tasked to fight in the war. Yasuo wanted his brother's role sooo his stubbornness lead him to leaving his post and fighting the war with Yone and the others. Eventually Yone found out and hunted his brother down. Since humans lie, they wanted to settle the score with their swords because to them it shows how they really feel; no lies involved.
So remember the master being left alone? He was visited by Riven(if you remember the girl who was fighting the Prince in the arena in the Awaken cinematic.). She was asking the master to help him with the problem of her blade having a curse; it was broken yet it still could reforged and can destroy. The master agreed but as he was trying to break apart the spell on the blade, one of the pieces of the blade killed the master and since the death was caused by the master's own wind technique and Yasuo left his post, you put two and two together and you get everyone blaming Yasuo for what has happened, eve Yone blamed him but Yasuo was running because he didn't want to hurt people because they were accusing him of it and attacks/assassinations go here and there but as you can see, Yasuo has fended for himself good until a demon was supposed to devour his life essence.
Curse of the sad mummy is literally one of my favorite pieces, beautiful and tragic but I do want to see your reaction to the Varus music video.
"Why is [Yasuo] defending the [old man]?" - He was just hallucinating and didn't know what was going on. Next thing he knew, he turned around to see this unnamed masked dude walk up to an old man with swords drawn so he snapped into defense mode without realizing everything going on.
"Why did he have to kill his brother?" - Mentioned a few times, but Yone was assigned (maybe volunteered?) to capture his brother. They were both going to give their all in the duel; death was inevitable for one of them.

Yasuo was unfortunately in a bad spot when he ran off to try and find the killer, the killer who was still around the village. It's the Confessions of a Broken Blade that revealed Riven was the one who killed Elder Souma. She was in the Awaken video fighting in the Arena. (Currently in the lore, looks like Riven was taken back to Noxus to right in that Arena.) Yone chased after his brother trying to get him for his "crimes" and failed. He later came back as a demon hunter. In current standing, Yasuo and Ahri are heading to Bilgewater to find something. What's cool is that yes, there is a game coming in called the Ruined King, which also has a trailer that features them both.

Heya scru. Yasuo (one sword guy) had to kill Yone (2 sword guy) because Yasuo abandoned his post to fight in a war. When he did that his master (the guy he was supposed to guard) died to the wind style which only Yasuo and his master were supposed to know so everyone thought he did it. He was innocent and it was actually the master breaking another champion's sword but Yasuo still ran from the posse sent to bring him back for judgement. Yone was charged with hunting Yasuo down so they had to fight to the death cause Yone thought he was guilty and Yasuo couldn't explain what DID happen to the master since he didn't know who did it. Sorry for the long post lol.

Essentially, Yasuo's master was killed by another character named Riven, but Yasuo was framed for the murder. That's why he had to kill his brother, because his brother would literally not let him go without one of them dying.
Except it wasn't murder. Riven requested the assistance of Yas & Yone's master in destroying her sword, and in the process the wind magic trapped within it backfired on the master.

Short answer: he killed him in self defense.
Ionia (which is where Yasuo and Yone grew up) was at war, and Yasuo being the impulsive and disobedient character he is, wanted to fight. Instead his duty was to stay with his master and protect him and the school. Yasuo decided he had enough of this shit and went off to the battlefield. When he came back, the elder was found dead and Yasuo fled because he was accused of killing the elder (he was killed by the same wind technique that Yasuo uses, so naturally he was the only one who could've done it). Yone believed it too and he hunted Yasuo down to confront him about the elder. They battled, and Yasuo killed him. In the spirit world (after he died), Yone fought a demon known as an "azakana" and obtained its powers (the mask he wears is the azakana that he defeated). Now he hunts other azakana, because the azakana on his face allows him to see other azakana.
Now here's the interesting part: Yasuo didn't kill him. It was actually Riven (the girl from the Awaken video). But it wasn't really her. It was her sword. She wanted to destroy it and she went to the village elder to get his help. She ended up destroying it, but the sword's dark magic killed him in the process.

The Story of Yasuo and Yone, is Yone was out at war, and Yasuo was supposed to be assigned to protecting the Master of the School there. While Yasuo ran to a battle the Master was killed (by an accident with Riven, another character.) Yone came back and found out and blamed Yasuo for not doing his duty as Yasuo held the blame for the situation. They fought because they believed each had failed at their tasks, when other situations had happened. The entire situation sadly never should've happened, but Yone was fighting Yasuo to the death because of him dishonoring his job. Yasuo won the battle and killed his brother because he had no choice but to fight seriously.
Scru you have to check out the whole Runeterra history/story. Runeterra is the whole world with different places just to name a few Shurima, Noxus, Damacia, Freljord, Ionia, Bilgewater etc.. I'm sure there's few nice videos around on YT that you can react to and learn more about the whole lore about Runeterra. The one you just watched was only set in Ionia, between Yasuo and Yone the 2 brothers and an event that occures on particular time in that region. But make sure to check other regions of Runeterra if you're interested, I'd love to see it. PS. Shurima, Freljord and Noxus are my favourite.
The old man represents Yasuo's guilt from killing his brother. A physical embodiment of his pain. Because Yasuo pushes aside this pain, he cannot see that the old man is evil until he sees his older brother "alive". Yone, now a spirit, is cursed to hunt these physical inner demons called the Azakana.

That's why we said Yasuo's tale is a sad one. If you rewatch the path video it shows what happened to Yone right after he dies.
The ending is the "KDA girl" Ahri. But not really the same universe version, this Ahri is the in-game universe one not the cosmetic skin line Pop Star one.

Yo Scru, here's your answer, Yasuo ( the younger brother) was supposd to protect his master. instead he left him ungraded to go help Yone (the older brother) in the war ( which they lost)
as a result, His master was assassinated, and yasuo was framed since his killer used a wind sword technique just like yasuo, and since yasuo abandoned his master, they framed him as the killer, so he had to run away, his brother was trying to stop him, basically arrest him for a crime he didn't commit. hence why he had to kill him to escape in order to find the real killer of his master.

So the reason they were fighting and Yone ended up dead was because Yasuo (the DJ from the True Damage "Giants" skinline) was put in charge of protecting their teacher "Elder Suma" while the rest of the students went to fight in a war. Yasuo wanted to fight to but couldnt because of his duty but he ignored it and snuck off to fight. However in doing so "Elder Suma" was left unprotected and was later found dead.
The students of their dojo assumed it was Yasuo who killed "Elder Suma" and that he was fleeing the scene of the crime, so they hunted him down. Yasuo being the most skilled killed all who came after him, all while claiming his innocence. Finally Yone came after his brother which resulted in Yasuo killing him (Also why Yone asked "Then why are you running?")
Bonus Info: Yasuo protected the old man initially because he still didn't realize the old man was an Azakana/Demon
The quick version of why yasuo (Main samurai) killed his Brother Yone is that Yone was trying to kill yasuo because he thought Yasuo killed their teacher and ran. In the fight yasuo starts off defensive not trying to kill yone by using a random sword instead of his blade that controls the wind, however yone is out to kill yasuo and breaks this blade and yasuo is forced into killing his brother.

To explain why they're trying to kill eachother in the dream/frashback.
Yasuo and Yone are two highly skilled brothers living at a temple in the magical land of Ionia. When the empire of Noxus invaded the lands, Yone went to fight on the front lines. Meanwhile Yasuo was tasked to stay behind to protect the temple and the masters (much to his reluctants), as Yasuo had been privileged with being taught the secret Wind Techniques. When Yone and the others returned to the temple they found Yasuo was missing and the elders had been killed by what looked to be Wind based attacks. In truth, their deaths were an accident involving a third party that was only present in a short time while Yasuo was forced away from the temple. He immediately left to pursue what he thought was a murderer, and then Yone and everyone else got back and pursued Yasuo thinking he was the killer. By the time Yasuo and Yone meet in the dream/flashback, Yasuo has been forced to kill many of his own people as they pursue him seeking revenge for the kill masters.
I recommend going back and watching "The Path, An Ionian Myth" again. It is about how Yone, freshly dead at the hands of Yasuo, journeys thru the spirit world before returning the the physical world to show up as a half-demon in this cinematic.

They fought because dude with the dual blades was hunting his brother the ponytail, because ponytail dipped instead of protecting his master so everybody thought ponytail was guilty and started bounty hunting that fool. Dual swords and ponytail fought then dual sword guy died and came back to life after he fought a demon in the spirit realm little did he know he was gonna come back half demon and now that fool hunts other demons to understand more about what he has become

Yasuo got accused from a murder he hadn't committed and his brother, Yone, had to catch him to like pay the price and shit. Yasuo did knew who was the murderer but nobody give him the chance to explain himself so, in the fight you saw, he killed his brother to protect himself and stuff. But he still live with the regret of killing is brother till this day. He didn't want to really, but he had too. Ish like that
Yone, the brother that was killed. The reason he was killed was because he was going to kill Yasuo. One of them was going to die that day, and Yone was the one that died.

Yasuo ended up killing his brother because he was framed as a murderer by his own people after they found his master dead. It was Yasuo’s job to protect him but he basically said nah I don’t play like that and left to go Kill some bad guys. When he came back his master was dead and everyone blamed him
Yone believed that it was his fault as well. Being the older brother he felt responsible for Yasuo so when he ran away he made it his mission to hunt him down. Yasuo in self defense ended up killing his brother and all his pressures in order to fine the real killer.

I’m a huge league of legends fan and one of my favorite champions is gas up so allow me to explain. Yasuo as a kid was reckless while gone was more disciplined. Yone and yasuo weren’t brothers but yasuo was chosen to be master shimas disciple and taught how to use the great wind techniques and be his successor. When Ionia was at war, (I forget what country it was I think it was noxus), yasuo wanted to be on the front lines because of the techniques he learned were so great he felt it could end the war and was tired of seeing the people die but he was in charge of protecting Shima during the war. Yasuo argued with yone about being there to protect everyone and yone felt yasuo was doing this because he was still reckless that’s why yone said, “it seems I have already failed you” because he felt he couldn’t teach yasuo discipline, maturity, and honor. So yasuo was angered and fled the dojo to go fight and someone came, (no one knows who did it), and killed the master using a type of wind technique. Since yasuo was the only one who was trained by shima in wind techniques and because he fled it looked super sus so when yone found out he pursued yasuo and yasuo kept running but when yone caught up instead of yasuo explaining what happened and that he didn’t do it he fought yone to the death and told him he didn’t do it. That’s when yo e said then why do you keep running. From that day yasuo left to find his masters murderer. This video is after all that happened. Yone came back as a type of demon hunter and that mask is stuck on his face because he killed a demon and blah blah blah it’s a whole story of it’s own if you wanna know more watch the yone spirit blossom trailer to see what happened
He killed his brother because Yasuo was accused of killing someone important (he did not kill anyone) the important person died due to other reasons but because Yasuo was supposed to be protecting said person he got blamed for it Yone (the brother) chased him down and they fought

Just rewatched you Joker vs Pennywise ERB reaction. You gave zero don demarcos.
the lore: during the invasion of their country "ionia" Yasuo (one sword guy with bushy ponytail) left their elder/master to fight on the front-lines and his brother Yone told him not to. while Yasuo was gone the elder got killed by one of the invader's warriors (by accident but who later feels guilty for it so she repents by being a deserter to her own nation). Because of the invader and Yasuo use a similar sword technique the sword school thought that Yasuo killed his master and fled. so they sent countless assassins after him and he killed every single one. Even his elder-half brother, Yone. Yasuo feels guilty for killing his brother and never left ionia helping out with bandits and such when he could.
This cinematic takes place during the time where the boundary of the mortal realm and spirit realm becomes closer so people use this time to talk to their dead relatives. Yone died and was possessed by a demon who he killed. and by anime magic came back to life, his purpose now is to hunt all these demons.
at the end of this vid Yone and Yasuo meet, Yasuo's big brother forgives him and he moves on.
here on out Yasuo will be heading to Bilgewater a pirate town for the next game that Riot Games is releasing "The Ruined King"
