This cake is so cute. I wish I was half as good as you are. But truth is I’m just a home baker with a passion for cakes. I did make mini chocolate cheesecakes for thanksgiving. Anyway I have a question and sorry it may be silly as I’m only new in the decorating side of baking ...been baking for a long time though .
So if say you want to make that snowman edible what do you use underneath the fondant ?

If you want to make the snowman edible you can use the mixture of cakepops then cover it with fondant but a bit heavy or you can use rice Krispy treats form it round then cover it with fondant

I made this cake yesterday, it came out pretty similar , wish I could show you lol. My base came out like the leaning tower of Pisa but still beautiful nonetheless lol. Thank you, everyone loved it .

Do you chill your cake with the buttercream before applying the fondant?
Yes atleast 15mins in the freezer or 30mins in the fridge
