I am always saying WE GOT THIS in real life and online. We all have our own struggles and I believe we can get through anything together. When I was diagnosed with cancer in September, I thought this was my own struggle but I realised my cancer has affected everyone around me. I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend, a cousin, a grand daughter & more. I know my journey has affected everyone around me and I know now more than ever that I have no choice but to get better. Whatever life throws at us, we are going to get through it together. We Got This

My favorite Disney live action is Cinderella did just as good as the original went cinema 3 times to see it
Hey Tiffany my name is Karen. I’ve had my stoma for 9 years now. I went back to work 8 weeks after having emergency surgery due to suffering a ruptured bowel. It’s a bit daunting at first but I promise you that you’ll be fine. I forget I even have mine now for the most part. I’ve grown to love mine as like you, it saved my life and I’ll be forever grateful 💙
Thank you or this! So glad you are doing better. I hope that we all get to a point where we forget that we have it.
It’s so nice to see you all living a much more normal life instead of having to worry so much about the hospital.
Absolutely ❤😊
Just wanted to let you know I have had a colostomy bag for over 27 years. I got Chrones when I was 25 years old and I suffered with everything that went with it, in and out of the hospital with surgeries, getting built back up because I would get so run down. I finally got a colostomy bag when I was 48 years old and it changed my life. I was able to finally go places without worrying about having an accident. I wouldn’t have it any other way
I wish you the best of luck
Tiffany, I have followed your entire cancer journey and I have to say that you are a continuous inspiration to me and your bravery and optimism make you a leader to many and a guide on how to live your life!
Motivation- being paid so I can keep a roof over my head- best motivation there is !
Love, love your mom, she is just an angel. So, so lucky to have her in your life. Such a beautiful, kind woman with a beautiful smile.
It is my little dog Tilly that gets me going first thing in the morning. She is a little black toy labra doodle called Tilly and I love her to bits . I lost my husband 11 years ago and decided to get a little dog. She has helped me through so many tearful hours, I love animals so much. It is a joy to see the change in you, so happy. All my love 💕💕🐾🐾🇩🇰
Bits and bobs...i love it. My grandmother always said odds and ends. We are in the USA so I guess its just different dialect from different locations. Bits and bobs...always makes me smile.
Good to see you out and about! Scars are not who we are. But what we’ve been through and survived.Anyone who loves you, Sees right past them🙂Keep enjoying life! 🕊
Hi. It’s Judy the radiology nurse signed I under Paul. I am forever amazed as I have followed u through the journey. You look amazing. The follow up scans will always be stressful. Hopefully u have a good nurse to support u as I try to do with my patients.I know many patients who have stomas through non cancerous conditions and have adopted as u have. ❤️
I was sitting watching you talk, and what really strikes me is how incredibly you have bounced back from the surgery and treatment. You ooze health and vitality and that for me is just amazing. I'm so pleased to see you gaining all aspects of your life back but even bigger and better . 💙💙💙✅️✅️✅️
Tiffany, please take this as it is intended. I'm an ex pat living in the states- it has taken me a long time to be comfortable with the idea of getting a therapist. i have a lot of questions about a lot of things and tended to internalize it. please see if your GP can recommend a therapist, it will change your life. you have a lot of anxieties in regards to the stoma, they will help you work through this. its is not good for your body to be dealing with so much anxiety- with love xxx
Have you had your scan results?
She will never speak about it
I have a stoma Tiffany honestly the thought of doing things is always scary at 1st but you are doing fantastic just take supplies with you and some poo pourri so you can empty without being worried about odour don't let it stop you xx
Tiffany, you started doing u tube shorts, first one u asked us if this was something we would like to see. Well i just saw one and it was a clip of you going in for a biopsy under sedation. Are you putting these out now?? I would be very disappointed if this were true. Why start doing “shorts” such as these when you yourself say you are cancer free? I hope this is a mistake for I could not believe you would do something like that. Please tell me that I am wrong…… Susan from Switzerland
So happy to see your Mom again. What a great Mom so sweet and kind♥️♥️♥️.
Love that you have sister time Tiffany its so important to stay connected with loved ones
I love seeing you doing so well, Tiffany after everything you've been through. You are such an inspiration to us all! Don't worry about going back to work, it'll be fine once you start. You're very fortunate to be able to set your own schedule. Big hugs to you, Amma and Matt. We got this 💙💙💙
So when do you begin volunteering 🤔
When pigs fly i guess
I love to watch all kinds of movies - really old movies from the '40s onward, comedies, kids' movies, etc. Glad you enjoyed the Little Mermaid!
Tiffany you can use silicone gel and silicone scar sheets to help your scars flatten and heal. It really works. Mederma and Kelo-cote are both good bute scargaurd is the absolute best if you can find it.
Hi Tiffany, I have had my ostomy for a year and a half now. The first year was such a learning curve. My skin reacted badly to the adhesive on the flanges. I was a mess. But now I feel I’m a pro! I don’t worry as much and some days I even forget ( briefly) that I have a colostomy. If you don’t have to empty your bag often, consider closed end bags. I hated emptying and cleaning those bags. The closed end bags are smaller and you just through them in the garbage bags that come with and throw them out. Put a new bag on. It takes time to learn about this new addition to your life. It will never be perfect but you will become much more confident and worry less as time goes on. It will be okay! All the best to you ❤ 🇨🇦
It’s always a good day when I get to see Tiffany’s bright happy beautiful face❤️
My grandma had a bag and I had no idea she did pass away when I was 15 and she was 77
Tiffany, I don't know if this fact will help you feel less alone....there are 3 million ostomates in the world. We got this!
Hello, darling girl! After several months of medical chaos I found it very comforting to have a little bit of routine, so I can relate. It kind of normalized life for me. I’m looking forward to seeing how it all goes for you and have zero concerns about how you’ll handle it all😉. Love you a lot a lot a lot!
Dear Tiffany, you are are so pretty (you don’t need any makeup 🥰) and so sweet… and scars make you probably even more beautiful - I always think of the Japanese Igikai where „cracks“ become a golden filling and everything becomes so special. I just want to say that every little or big scar should let you feel special and beautiful 🙏🏻🥰❤️
Tiffany i still can't get over how amazingly well you look and i didnt know you had been so sick i would never have believed it.
How wonderful to for Amma and Matt to as all that time of worry and stress for them has now past and just in time to enjoy your summer.
Xxxxxx
Hi Tiff, when I am struggling with something, I will say to myself: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Look at where you are now and what you have survived with grace and love from your family, your Tiffany Thinks family, your precious Matt. But above all, God gave you the strength to endure it all. And He will continue to strengthen you. And by volunteering and just sharing your struggles, you will help so many more with the wisdom you now have. Go Tiffany, you’ve got this! Love from Mississauga ❤🇨🇦🙏
Tiffany I’m so happy for you. You look so good and enjoying a normal life now. You did it and you rock💙
I wish I had a sister to go to the movies with! You are so lucky! Thank you for another wonderful video! Love you all!
Need some advice: I have not worked for 15 years due to being a full time caretaker for my dad. I am terrified of going back to work. Anyone have any suggestions? 💙
After being a caretaker for so long, you deserve to have a job that is meaningful to you and makes you happy. My advice to you would be that you research what you would like to do and then work towards that end goad. Don't settle for just any job. Good luck dear.
Tiffany, you are looking so wonderful. It is so evident that you are healing and well on the road to recovery.
Hi Tiffany, I’m so glad you’re having a good time with your friends. A sister day sounds wonderful. I don’t have any sisters but several cousins and I get together when we can. Love your Amma and her amazing juices. Hello to Matt!🦋🌷🕊✨
You're doing and looking amazing ❤ Tiff!
What motivates/helps me when i have to do something that scares me a bit ia to do something called Fear Setting: 1. take a piece of paper. Draw down 3 columns.
2. On the left most column write down all the fears or things could go wrong related to the thing you try to do (like big presentation: i forget what to say, someone asks really tricky question, makes a harsh comment etc). Keep writing till you have put on paper all your scariest worst scenarios from your mind. 3. Then write down how you could mitigate them. What strategies and things you can do to prep so they dont happen. 4. Finally, on the last column write down what do yoi do if the thing happens even that you mitigated it.
This helps me a lot -its not a scary mess in my head but on paper. Often after the first step i already notice that they are not so bad things after all or are actually really unlikely. And then writing down plans how can actually make them even less likely to happen allows me to focus on action. And finally the last step leaves me feeling fully prepared and empowered.
Hope that helps you or someone else ❤
Can I ask where you got your dress from? It's beautiful!
You're so beautiful and glowing! Your worries are all valid. You're not over the top about wanting things to go smoothly. You've gone through so much, and it's time to settle your mind down. You deserve it. Maybe a support group regarding your worries about the stoma. Again, I ADORE your momma. Thank you for sharing ❤
So great to see you looking so well Tiffany and going out and about in the sunshine enjoying yourself🌞! Your mum is so lovely; a real ray of ‘sunshinyness’🥰.
To motivate myself each day, I try to remind myself how lucky I am, compared to others and try to not take simple things for granted, like good health and having a roof over my head and enough food to eat🙏❤🦘
Tiffany, love, as from today I am unsubscribing your channel. I have been with you every step of your cancer journey, rooting and praying for you, but since you went back into ‘influencer’ mode, focused on make-up, hair etc. I’m sorry, but I find it meaningless and trivial. I wish you all the best for the future, and hope that you will eventually realize what is important in life, and that is life itself, and not the superficiality.
Absolutely.
She is living a normal life, the life she had before she got cancer. Her life is the same life that millions of people in this planet have. I don’t know what were you expecting ? That she suddenly became a sort of a heroine or super woman? She is 30 and she is just recuperating her life as best as she can. Why people always think that if you had cancer, your life has to change and you have to become somebody inspiring and special? After such an ordeal she had, I think is more than enough to try to survive and live your life as normal as you can. Leave her alone.
She does realize what is important in life and she's said so in many videos. She just wants to feel normal again and do normal things. Is she supposed to sit there all the time saying, "Woe is me! I had cancer!"? It sounds to me like you only were interested in her videos when bad things were happening to her. Now it's not exciting anymore for you.
I find routines really, really help. Sometimes I don’t want to do them, but they help keep my stress level down because I get the things done I need to and I feel accomplished.
Hi Tiffany hope you are enjoying your family and and doing well God bless you and your family
Can’t wait to see The Little Mermaid with friends tonight. When I get anxious or worried about something I always say in my head ‘you can do it’ and say a little prayer. That makes me feel better and braver!!
Hi Tiffany! You have no idea how happy I am to see you enjoying your life once again and thankful that your surgery was such a success! You just keep on loving your life because you certainly deserve it.
Hi Tiffany. I have new black stoma bags now, much better. We have good days and some not good days with bags lol. I was like you at first but had mine for years now . Love to you and the lovely Amma ❤❤ xx
I LOVED The new Little Mermaid and I’m a senior! Love the music and everything. My sister and our daughters got a giggle how Ariel wore her blue dress till it fell apart!!
Your dress is beautiful!! I'm so happy your recovering and getting back into a regular life minus hospital. Don't forget the cancer free dance🎉 still I pray for you all that life continues to shine blessings for you. My bedroom is really my sanctuary. Read, write, think and relax. However I also have a sitting area for outdoors now that spring and summer are here. I love hearing the birds, blue sky, clouds.
I have quiet a few scars from my cancers.
Tiffany you are doing so well xx❤❤
Lovely seeing you with your sister both have beautiful smiles. I know when you start going back to work it will all fit like a glove & you will feel like you’ve never been away. Lovely seeing you with Matt then Amma then your Sister , tick tick tick. ❤❤❤❤
I get anxiety from overthinking things also and have to remember God is in control. There's a phrase that helps me through tough times from a sermon I heard...she said..."DO IT AFRAID". God will take care of the rest!
It is so nice to see you interested in doing your makeup and being more like yourself before cancer . As a person who had cancer too I understand the never being the same person again Amd the scan anxiety but worry will never change anything and you can always be worried for no reason …so just do your scsns snd live life as normal . Your doing great . I’m so happy you are ok . I think you look beautiful . No need to worry about scars . My neck I wish I could get rid of the lines etc. there is always something we wished we didn’t have but look at the positives and they far outweigh any negatives . Love your channel . Love seeing Matt and your mom and family as well . Please keep them in your videos as much as possible
You know upstairs I've got a little desk area, I'm gonna bring my laptop down here.... Lol 16:47
I see you mention a tinted moisturizer, dumb question why? You have brown skin already, why would you need it?
Ok i have one thing to say about this video...my gosh you are GLOWING!!!!!!!!!!! :) much much looooove !!!! so proud of you!
I struggle with anxiety and depression along with my physical illnesses. What I use is the saying “one day at a time”…
When. Have a bad day I try and write a list of simple activities like getting out of bed, washed and dressed and tick off in my journal when I do it. “We got this”💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
I am sure we are all using "we got this" in our daily lives, I certainly am. You are a true inspiration Tiffany
It is so great seeing Ama as happy as she looks. You have such a lovely family ❤
Yesterday someone walked by me with a shirt that read keep trying. Instantly I felt encouraged. I’m not one for wordy shirts anymore but that one was short, sweet and to the point. Happy zone is cute.
Hi Tiff have you had you're results from scans yet?
She probably won't respond. I've asked question before
She won’t respond ….It might ruin her next video.
@@mariam7203 knock it off.
@@tvic4038 I will knock it off and even apologize if she responds with her results.
@@mariam7203 good to have balanced comments !!!!!
Love to see you just living your life doing “sister” day. ❤❤❤
It’s nice to see you having sister time together. I’m not feeling well today after another operation last week.,but just had to see your smiling face Tiff. We love you xxx 💙💙💙
I’m so happy you have recovered! You’re so beautiful
Tiff, I know you love makeup but honestly you need nothing. You have awesome beauty. And no need to worry about your scars. We all have these for various reasons and I am sure no one will ask you. Glad to see you so happy enjoying life.
You a ray of sunshine. I am so happy to see you like this
Your video is I'm not the only one who has a stoma so true but u r one of. Very few who can eat popcorn! My husband blew his bag and also had to go to the er for an obstruction!! Doesn't your drs. Me tion anything about your diet? Didn't the scans ever come back? You had a whole video on it but never heard again nor do u mention it seems strange.? Good.luck to you! watch your food intake then u will avoid some of the problems you.mention.🤗
You look so beautiful and healthy!! Love the lip gloss! Hoping you stay cancer free forever!💞
Hi, Tiffany. I was watching a different cancer journey where the young woman was wanting to take a swim after having surgery to remove her cancer. Her intention reminded me of how you dealt with taking a swim on holiday with the worry of the stoma bag - her husband pointed out to her that her bathing suit didn't let anyone know she had a stoma. Remember how you did worry before taking the swim on holiday but you worked through that and it was fine in the end. I think going back to work will be the same - just something that is on your mind before you can do it. But I believe you will work through it and make it a success while you will be flexible to deal with whatever is needed. I keep your health in my prayers. You got this, Tiffany 💙
You look sooooo fabulous 😊
I can hardly believe my eyes and have to pinch myself.
Pthr😤rrr to scars ... you are so fearless and I can't believe how quickly you have begun to get your life back together.
💙 love you and love to Amma and Matt xxxxx😊
I would talk to someone who’s had a stomach. Your doctor can probably give someone your number. I do that for people getting a spinal stimulator for pain. I reassure them and they ask questions.
@@Sedgies
Eh?
Most Make up has harmful chemicals in them something I’ve just realized myself, I just felt led to share this with you
And they are tested on animals, which is why the Body Shop is so popular.
I had a illostomy for eight weeks got my reversal finally
Can you pick your seats on line before you get there we can in the states ❤
I had been unwell and put on 5 stone in weight. I always kept fit by swimming, my body had changed and to get in a swimsuit and start swimming was so hard, bit I did it. I'm now alot fitter have lost 3 1/2 stone, my body is definitely different but it served me well and I no longer think about donning my swimsuit! I always say talk to yourself the way you would talk to anyone else that had the problem. The advice coming out of your mouth is nothing like the little voice in your head. You will be fine once working etc becomes your norm again I promise..x
One day at a time Tiffany… may be start with one day week of work…then gradually increase it. Everything it will be all ok! I always say to myself unless I live the experience, I won’t know where I stand and how much I can take on. 😊❤
My favourite mantra is “I’m stronger than I think”. With regards to motivation I always practice “opposite action” if I’m feeling low or insecure and all I want to do is lay in bed or stay at home I force myself to do the thing that I really don’t want to. Some days that might be just putting make up on and going out for a walk, I “act as though” that’s what I want to do. It’s like faking it to make it. Usually this does the trick and I actually feel much better. It’s about getting out of our own thoughts which can often hold us back.
Remarkable how much healthier you look. Keep going 💙
Hi Tiffany! So glad you’re doing well 💙Can you please link the makeup and brushes you used in this vlog? Ty🙏🏻
Do you use a skin prep on your area where the stoma goes on to your skin? It helps keep the stomach bag attached.
It's our darker, olive skin that makes us scar more...I am hispanic and have had about 5 major surgeries (cancer & abdominal), although my stomach ones are not as bad, my outside body ones are harder to fade. Even a bug bite will scar me 🤷♀and I use bio oil every day for scars. It's all good though because scars are just reminders of the battles we've won! You look amazing by the way 🙂
Hello Tiffany, It's always so inspiring to see your beautiful smile, warm and sunny personality. Your kind spirit radiates love. Thank you for being you.
Love conquers all 💐❤
One thing I did was as you are doing, have all the stoma accessories with me always. The other thing I did was have a change of clothes with me. I needed that twice so not too bad but not exactly the easiest either when you're not at home. Stay safe good lady!!
We cant hear the construction, I doubt anyone else can, I wouldn't worry about it so much when you are filming.
I was worried the lil mermaid wouldnt be as good, but was also surprised how good it was. Halle has such a great voice!
You look gorgeous. You have a glow about you. I volunteered too after a brief illness. I brought meals to senior citizens. It helped me mentally and I made a bunch of friends. Sending positive vibes
My favorite is The Wizard of Oz!🌪🧙♀️🚲
Id never think of going to see that movie. I'd just assume it was for kids
Aww yeah I expected it to be childish but it’s not, it’s really good💙💙💙
I know you don't need to hear this from me but I took medical leave for some months after lupus wrecked me. Go at your own pace. I felt like I took on a lot after coming back to work because I lost confidence and tried to find my way back. You have an excellent support system and I wished that I didn't push people away. It's taken me time to get to a good place. I pray that you have a smooth transition back to your old life and to a better life! Take care to you and all your loved ones!
I say... I CAN.. AND I WILL..
This saying keeps me positive, try not to over think about things xxx
Love this💙💙💙
Are you and Matt married or just boyfriend and girlfriend? You are so lucky to have each other
There are also some make up products that cover scars until it has more time to heal, or if ur wearing a sleeveless dress or shirt!
Ammas brought the sunshine and her juice is full of her sunshine goodness 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞♥️♥️♥️♥️🌹
You have the most beautiful skin Tiffany 💙 your make up always looks stunning 😍
Hey Tiff and Ama! Tiff when I have things I need to overcome which is everyday I pray and ask our Almighty God to help me to do what needs to be done. Also it’s mindset and getting your head in the game. Continue to just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Have a great week ❤.
Hi Tiffany, The Little Mermaid is a fantastic film. I agree with you. I went with my daughter's and my grandaughter, we all had a tear in our eyes at the end. It's so lovely to see you getting back to normality, and I love your philosophy on making time for family & friends when you do return to work. I think a couple of years from now your stoma bag will be such a part of you, and your routine, you won't worry half as much, early days xxx🩵
Ur looking so pretty, ur dress is beautiful is it a wrap around one i couldn't quite see it all. I had a beautiful pink and white wraparound dress when i was younger and they are so comfortable to wear 💖and ur makeup looks just right ❤as u would know we can never go back in life and maybe going forward u dont need to work sometimes we think we should go back to our past ways before cancer but maybe that isn't the right way.🤔 Just focus on keeping ur stress levels down and keep smiling 🌼😊🌼. Maybe yr volunteer work and ur study and doing u and family is enough for now ❤❤❤❤i really enjoy watching you as a strong, beautiful young lady and u bring so much fun and smiles to my life thankyou ❤❤❤
Who is the life coaching class with? I love your videos.
Use Benadryl for your heat rash. It will get rid of itch of skin from heat. Planning your schedule is a great idea to make it easier for transition from being home recovering to going back to work, volunteering and family time. Glad you and your sister had some sister time.
Cornflour does the same thing no chemicals. I live in the tropics so necessary for children and babies.
Love to see Ama so happy. Keep your positive attitude, and your beautiful smile Tiffany. God bless you and your family and Matt.💙🙏🏼😊💐
So pretty Tiffany, love the dress! 🌸 I’ve picked up mermaid dresses and mermaid swimsuits for my two youngest granddaughters. May go to the movie if they haven’t already seen it or go either way.
Tiffany get some silicon gel. It’s great for scars. You can get it from chemists.
Have a great day sweet girl, we are so thankful that everything is going well for you and when you are feeling sad remember all that you went through and you won. God bless 🥰💙
Lovely to see you looking so well & doing all the things you enjoy 😊❤️❤️xx
Nars tinted moisturizer was my main go to back in the day but now I don't like the new formula w spf. 🙏🏿💕💙
