Yes you really should. It would save you so much money. I know you don't want to see your balance go down so every month just put that "car payment" back into your account until it reaches the amount you had and then start stuffing it somewhere else:)

I still say you should make yourself a blinged out slip or placard for your car envelope once you've paid it off. You'll still have to put money in there for maintenance and such. But every time you open the envelope, you'll see that reminder that the car is PAID FOR!!!
