This Work is PDO area 36 inch MOL OIL Pipeline working of Al Shawamikh company
    #Abrasiveblasting
Abrasive blasting as a harmful cleaning or surface preparation technique using sharp particles. In this technique, the high velocity at the bottom of the question is exerted by strong, angular particles in such a way that the unwanted material is removed and a clean, active metallic surface is exposed. It covers processes such as scale removal, corrosion, paint and other surface films.
    #Gritblasting
Grit blasting performs several functions simultaneously. It removes mill-scale, rust, old paint, and other contaminants, though oil and grease should be removed before cleaning the blast. It is also used for sand and scale removal of infant and for stamping and billets, etc. It is often used to prepare surfaces before welding (removing scales, rust or paint), and later to improve adhesives (such as paint or galvanizing). None of the shot blasting, beam blasting or sand blasting processes create a surface suitable for subsequent application of coating such as grit blasting. Grit blasting will increase surface area by producing small horns and well-covered surfaces.
    #Sandblasting
Sand blasting is a surface finishing technique that quickly affects the surface of any material, including a controlled stream of abrasive shot material. At the end of the process of casting or stamping, my part is faster and more efficient than filing for coating removal.
    #Shotblasting
Shot blasting is different from shot penning, which is applied to the surface of the part to increase fatigue, increase the strength of the part, or to prevent irritation.
We are a grit blasting abrasive blasting section to remove old and defective coating projects. We have blasting training and conscious staff that have no complications.
