PUTO FLAN
Flan - Custard
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1-3 drops of food color (optional)
Puto
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
2 cups of all purpose flour
4 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
3/4 cup of sugar
Butter to grease the puto molders
