I am not in real estate but I love how she is showing that this is not a hustle or scam she is doing. She is a hard working woman that not only puts in the work but she invested in her intelligence by attending college, she knows her market and she understands… in order to make money you must invest.
I believe her success is a result of her work but she is committed to her industry and knows her stuff.

I had to pause the video a few times, to digest the fruitful information of hope and belief .. talking about black excellence at it's best. I never thought I could ever consider purchasing a million dollar until you did a clear break down of the numbers and qualifications, Q the work that you're doing goes well beyond your livelihood it's a whole ministry. Thank you your style, beauty and grace.. It feel so good to see one of our sisters in space where she doesn't have to have a potty mouth, a mean girl spirit, or in a space she may feel the need to load her people up with a lot of shameful useless rhetoric, that constantly set our people back.

Delphine- first off- hats off to you! I don't know your entire story but I damn sure can believe that you being a developer as a woman is no easy feat in an industry dominated by men! I'm no realtor but the work ethnic the style, the ability to show up as your authentic self is truly inspiring! Videos like this, man even if you're not a realtor, it don't matter what industry you're- you should be inspired to get up and make something shake within your own world.

So true about sending buyers listings. Go through the listings and hand pick homes. I combed the mls in addition to the automated notifications and knew the market. Anybody can set an email notification.
