You don't have to worry about copyright when it comes to VoicePlay. From what I've heard, they think it's an honor when people make reaction videos to them, and they even watch them sometimes

I just love how you get voiceplay. Not only the talent but also the whole production and how they keep the integrity of the meaning of the song intact with the costumes and presentation as well as the singing. Great reaction. If you haven't already Warriors is inspiring

Rachel is an amazing vocalist. It doesn't hurt that she played Ariel at Disney World for five years as well. Gives her some definite familiarity with the songs. 😁

I haven't seen the movie in ages, but the music is so memorable. This was very well done of VoicePlay.
Rachel took the easy parts and made them harder, and nailed.

Aside from their amazing voices, I love that they have fun with some theatrics as well.
I just love Geoff as Ursula, it's a perfect gender flip. He sounds so sinister and sexy. lol 😆 I know you love bass and Tim Foust, have you listened to the collab he did with Peter Hollens in Misty Mountain. Bass to make your soul ache!

So Geoff has so far been Ursula, Oogie Boogie, The headless horseman, the monster mash narrator, smaug, dracula, wolfman, several classic creeps in this is halloween, the voice of the skyrim dragons,… i mean if he does Hexxus from ferngully, and possibly friar frollo or Rasputin (hunchback/Anastasia respectively) then he is basically the voice of all things big, bad, dark, and spooky

LOL, Geoff has an amazing vocal range! He does the same thing on the Oogie Boogie Man. Avi Kaplan also has an amazing vocal range as well.

I love VoicePlay. 2 other excellent a Cappella groups are Pentatonix and Homefree.
Pentatonix "Hallelujah" since most people know it is a great start.
HomeFree "man of constant sorrow" is another great song to start with for that group.

10:00 nope you're not crazy, that's Geoff's lowest subharmonic note to date (D1), and if you look on youtube, you'll find an isolated version of the part in the song where you can audibly hear the other D1 subharmonic that's at the very end of the slide down from his ridiculous high note which was a D5
He’s hit a couple C#1’s and a B0 but it’s still really impressive

I've just started watching your reactions and they are quite fun to watch! I've seen you do both Voiceplay and Home Free. Have you seen any of Pentatonix? Or Avi Kaplan? They have some great a cappella as well. Avi Kaplan's "Change on the Rise" is amazing!!! If you like Nightmare Before Christmas, watch Pentatonix's "Making Christmas" video.

Since you mentioned doing their Frozen 2 medley next I have a suggestion. There's a Norwegian guy Leo Moracchioli who makes metal covers of lots of different songs. His version of Into the Unkown is quite funny and I think you'll enjoy his humor. It's also quite awesome how he plays all the instruments himself and produce the whole thing. So even though I know your not a metal guy I think you should try it out. If you like there are other of his covers you could be interested in.
