- instagram through the hashtags "penpal" or "penpalresearch" for example
- on the app amino through the kpop penpal community
- through comments on my post "penpal application time" on my youtube channel
however, in my opinion it's a little bit rude to comment "who wants to be my penpal" under a creator's video ^^
here are some solutions for you! but make sure you don't rush and that you carefully choose your penpal!
