Had to rewatch would turn the workshop into a business. Upstairs would be an office, there's just so much you can do with this house. The possibilities are endless, love this home so much potential.
This property Mr. TommySells would definitely be my dream home. Pecan trees 🌳everywhere on the property, nuts that holds a special place in my mouth and heart.... A stocked pond that's the icing on the cake 🎂.

OK man, you sold me on that 3-car garage and workshop. My wife and daughter can do whatever in the main house. I'm a gearhead. If I sold my measly property here in San Diego, California....I could easily afford that house. Show us more places with workshops and extra garages. Just love your videos.
I could grow alot of food on this land, and sell it plus sell the pecans. That's another source of income, plus my main income from current job. Take that money and make renovations to the house and property. I think this is a good deal for anyone to who has the money, and patience that is required for this house. Not a bad investment definitely will be rewarding in the long run.
The Land!!!!!!! The main house is weird and a bit creeping. But the LAND, that is a hell yes for me.. NOT SURE WHAT they were thinking on the home floor plan and design. Weird.
God know if it was still available and, I win a lottery, I wouldn't think twice about purchasing that property.

But there some changes I would make it's to dark and some windows let the sun in..some how Refrigure the living room jst small and bathroom right there no sir..big house there should be big windows..game room awkward in the middle of those rooms like that.. little update... You know me , hehehe 🤣🤣..But if you have a big house like this you want some light to see all the deers running through... Work shop is good.. pave the driveway add a hot tub...

I like the land and the exterior of the home more than the interior.
I was expecting something different inside judging by the outside don’t get me wrong it’s a great home albeit it somewhat dated and dark it will take a lot of renovations really good bones I love the surrounding acreage though ❤️

Interesting home but honestly, this house showing style was hard to watch. I’d definitely stage the homes and I’d actually talk and explain things. Example bedroom 4 what was that platform in the room? Give some details about the home and etc. I honestly wanted to stop watching a few times.
Big house but seems as though there is no flow to it. Just everything put wherever. All the bedrooms on one side of the house, those 6 supporting beams near the "breakfast nook" are an eyesore. Oven in the pantry?? Really? Over 4k square feet and they could not fit 2 ovens in the kitchen...? A HARD pass.. it will take million more to renovate.
