So if i dont get a dorm i will have to spend way more money living in an apartment? :/ Idk if you will see this but im applying for fall semester this year. obviously i will be waiting till the portal opens to try to get a dorm, if i apply for a dorm as soon as the portal opens am i almost guaranteed a spot? If not idk if i could afford living off campus especially in shanghai. I feel like if someone applies right away, they have a better chance at being accepted than someone applying weeks or days later.
