do you know which online reservation website accept 1 person (a solo traveller)? I've checked tablecheck, omakase, tabelog but they don't take 1 person reservation :( do I have to phone the restaurant?

You have to call to make a reservation

There are a couple course options that range from ¥10,000-20,000. Not super hard to make a reservation if you reserve far enough in advance.
