This sounds like augmentative immunotherapy which has been around for decades.

Thank you for your comment! TIL (Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes) therapy does share some principles with augmentative immunotherapy, but it involves specific techniques to harvest, expand, and reintroduce a patient’s own immune cells to target cancer more effectively. This approach has shown promising results in recent clinical trials and represents an exciting advancement in cancer treatment.

Thank you for your question! These TIL (Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes) therapies are mainly under development and are currently available through clinical trials. Most of these treatments are being developed by companies in the USA, so they are typically accessible in the USA through these trials. Additionally, a TIL therapy known as AMTAGVI (generic name lifileucel) has recently been approved and is available in select treatment centers. You can contact the manufacturer, Iovance Biotherapeutics, for more information and availability [here](www.iovance.com). For the latest information, it’s best to consult with a healthcare professional.

Immune system is a very complicated system to be controlled by medical means and it is so easy to go haywire if you don't be very very careful. That's why vaccine is so difficult to manufacture and it takes years to pass thru clinical trials.

Thank you for your comment! You are absolutely right that the immune system is incredibly complex and can be challenging to control through medical means. This complexity is one reason why developing vaccines and therapies takes extensive research and rigorous clinical trials. Our video aims to explain some of these challenges and the science behind TIL (Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocyte) therapy. If you have any specific questions or topics you’d like to learn more about, feel free to let us know!

@@nucleotides_org TIL has one benefit which is probably superior to Chemo or radiation is the possibility of success of training T-cell to fight off not only the tumor itself but also its spread to other organ which is one hell of nightmare for patients.

Hope hope hope hope....what a bunch of crap...!!! Potential potential potential...

I understand your frustration. Research and potential treatments can sometimes seem like just “hope.” However, every new treatment that shows potential starts from thorough research and clinical trials. It’s a rigorous process, but it’s essential for ensuring safety and efficacy. Breakthroughs in medicine often come after years of persistence and many small steps forward. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
