Nature's ABC's of Mindfulness

It all started with my hikes last winter, always being a nature lover, I was intrigued by the beauty of twisted vines and branches. Before you knew it I started seeing letters of the alphabet and it soon became a game and I was determined to win ... finding A - Z. It took about 5 months, the B, J, K, R & N were challenging to find. My favorites are the E, G and S and that P is right there with them. Take the family, make a game of it, find the alphabet in nature and enjoy her magnificence and breathe in her presence.

I don't think I can get a lot more than I 66 year olds in a lot to me and I don't
