Alec Baldwin trial on hold as judge considers defense request to dismiss case over disputed ammo

Alec Baldwin ’s involuntary manslaughter trial in New Mexico came to a sudden and surprising halt on Friday while the judge considers a defense motion to dismiss the case over disputed ammunition evidence in the killing of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Apparently the ammo examined by the judge was even guaranteed to be from the set! What the...? I guess this is part of the "Big Star" defense.

When he immediately made up with her husband and son just after it happened with no chance for them to process what happened I knew that’s just not right.

Baldwin IS guilty of shooting that woman BUT it is his intentions that should be on trial here. The charges against him should be re-worded if nothing else. He will weasel out of this at any opportunity ....

i'm sorry... but if all this is true... why was he charged in the first place. seems like he should have never been charged. it is disgusting that people can be brought to trial with the state lying the way it does and withholding evidence.
