OK, I admit, I had to listen again. My reason for loving this tune goes back to the 1980's where as a teenager, it was commonplace for us to go to midnight showings of Led Zeppelin's The Song Remains The Same and Pink Floyd's The Wall. Thanks again, you are so talented. Keep at it.

Before you try this at home be aware that it's a SPECIAL TUNING.
I was gonna learn it once, but when I found out it was a special tuning I said fuck it.
Please don't let the tuning deter you. The open tuning actually makes it EASIER to play. Simply drop your low E and D strings to a C and raise your B string to a C. The other 3 strings don't change. Off to the races!
