We’ve been through this with every single fed government since the 70s, except for the Harper one. Make notes folks, all had leaders from Quebec. All were scandalous governments that ended with a near clean sweep from official party status. Yet no one did prison time either. The last time it was really this bad, was with the Mulroney’s red Tories. Even PET’s Liberals did not tank out as hard as these Liberals will be.

Canadians didn’t used to vote for conservatives, or liberals and normally couldn’t care less about the leader and normally didn’t vote people in, so much as we voted people out. Since the coming of this idiocy of the last 9 years, things have changed a little and there has been a massive swing towards American style of politics, especially with the fixation they have had on US problems, and then making them Canadian problems…But generally speaking, no cares about the leader still.
The next election won’t matter on who we are voting in…people WANT this mess from the last 9 years, removed. If they can’t identify PP, so be it…if the incoming political party can fix, or at least start to fix the damage caused from the last 9 years, and at least tries to keep some of their campaign promises, that’s all they will care about.

Literally the world is crashing down amongst us all in Canada in so many ways. Yet we still have individuals who voted Liberal.
Also the worst is yet to come with 2025 predicted to be pretty grim for many Canadians.

Paying attention to politics may not be everyone's cup of tea but if you're going to vote at least educate yourself on who and what you're voting for.
