- I CANNOT believe the results. And, yes, you read the title correctly. I'm not exactly sure how this video came about, but this has to be the most difficult culinary challenge I've ever attempted. Beef Wellington is widely known as one of the most difficult recipes to make, but many brave people attempt each holiday season. I did the same...but I did it with a twist.

Me and my mom always make Beef Wellington for Christmas Eve, and after around 10 try’s we are able to do it pretty good consistently

I won't lie it makes me feel good about myself when a great chef says a particular dish is incredibly hard to make and I happen to have made that dish right on my first try. 😋 Love it so much that I make it every Christmas now. ♥️

Gordon Ramsay is nice and no it’s not an act. For example: MasterChef he’s a mentor with the rest of the judges (including Joe) are trying to help the contestants, especially the kids since the judges don’t want to discourage the kids by being too hard on them like they can with the adults who can take the harder criticism because it’s a serious competition. Also the contestants aren’t aloud to be professionals on MasterChef. It’s not that he/they are being mean but pushing the contestants to do better. But something like Hell’s Kitchen Gordon is a boss and the contestants are supposed to have an idea of what they are doing, so he has every right to be mad when someone come on that show and doesn’t especially when they start wasting hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of hard earned valuable food.
Manny keeps his job this whole week because he was so helpful
the look and reaction of that amazing wellington makes me hungry and makes my mouth water

0:24 can confirm second hand. My 2nd cousin used to be a part of his film crew for a while-he got her and her son (like, 4yrs old at the time) reservations at a restaurant of his because he liked them lol. He’s very sweet & gently with kids, only going hard on adults because they can take it.

This really does show how important the claw cutting technique is to making sure that you don't chop your fingers off.

Totally agree - it was a bit under. But the center was nice and warm and it's such high quality beef that I ate it just as-is. Was delicious.

i made beef wellington for christmas last year, for myself using his recipe. it wasn't perfect and i had the mistake of a soggy bottom, BUT IT STILL TASTED SO GOOOOD
